Great pub with friendly service and delicious food! Plenty of seating available on a weekday afternoon. We ordered the Roadhouse burger with crispy garlic fries and a Reuben (on grilled rye bread) with sweet potato waffle-cut fries. The menu has a wide variety of appetizer and entrée options, including several vegetarian (samosas, mozzarella sticks, burgers and fries, spaghetti, seafood stew, chili, fried chicken, ribeye steak, salads, etc.). We also tried a couple of the Fresh on Draft craft beers, which were very good!

HopMonk Novato is one of my favorite restaurants and music venues. It’s conveniently located off the 101 highway, near Target and Costco warehouses with plenty of parking available. The food offered is very good, as are the beer options! I love to get their own HopMonk IPA, and they usually have Pliny the Elder on tap!

Have been there several times now, and it has been a wonderful experience every time! The food is great, the service and staff are attentive and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. Whether its a concert inside or one of KC Turner’s cookout series where you are watching outdoors – its a great place to while away some hours white eating good grub, listening to killer tunes and having a drink with friends. We are repeat customers 🙂

I’ve been to HopMonk Novato several times in the past few months for shows produced by KC Turner Productions, and I LOVE this place. I make a point of going here, even though I live in Oakland–I’ll even go alone, just because I like the place. I haven’t eaten the food but it looks yummy, there are plenty of kinds of beer, staff are friendly and helpful, and I love the idea of daytime/early evening outdoor shows–no masks! consistently great weather! dancing! KC always picks great acts, so even if I don’t know the band I’ll go. It’s my favorite place for live music.

This is one of the best restaurant/music venues I’ve ever been to. Not only do they offer delicious food (plenty of vegan options,) but the concert calendar is off the charts with an amazing variety of musical genres from both local and national bands in two different performance spaces. I highly recommend catching one of the KC Turner Cookout Concert Series. Perfect outdoor summer fun for the whole family.

Had a great waiter. His name was Joe great sense of humor perfect at picking out the right beer. My wife and my brother-in-law had beautiful, healthy meals which say kept going on about how delicious they were me? I went straight for just delicious and had the French dip. it was very good. I had many nice options, salads vegetables, slaw‘s, but no I had to choose french fries and to tell you the truth I’m pretty happy I did! And the beer I picked was a little something on tap and it was delicious

Went for live music in the outdoor area. They’ve made it into a pretty cool spot for music, a little fake lawn on a hill to put lawn chairs, some out door bar seating, standing room in front of the stage. Tickets came with a meal.
