Service is great but food is a little disappointing. Ordered the steak and the meat was really hard and unappetizing. We also had the lava cake as dessert. It does taste good but lava cake was not lava and did not flow… The place has a nice games section to have fun with friends. Still a great place to hang out and have drinks but keep your food expectations lower.

We got the shrimp Alfredo gnocchi special and the patatas bravas. Everything was delightful. The patatas bravas come with a chipotle aioli and onions and peppers. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. The gnocchi was rich and delicious. It came with broccolini, which added a nice layer of freshness. Definitely want to try the rest of the menu. They seem a bit short staffed, so be aware and patient!

Cute place for a drink and some brunch. I wasn’t a huge fan of the avacado toast- it had an excessive amount of lettuce on top and I couldn’t eat it as a toast. It would be better off as a side salad on the toast. The corned beef was great though. The vibes are great here though, would come again for a drink

Although it looks like just a bar from the outside, the kitchen part of Hopewell bar and kitchen is surprisingly impressive. The food is varied and consistently excellent, and the folks that work there are very nice, the service has always been great. Great. I’m surprised that it is not more mobbed at lunch time, if you’re in the area, it’s a great getaway.

Nice place with great service. Only had drinks and appetizers including some great fried pickles and buffalo wings. Definitely more of a pub-like feel, with a game room in the corner. Disappointed that we didn’t see any outdoor seating, contrary to the picture, but we didn’t ask directly to get an explanation. Worth a return visit.

The food was amazing, the drinks were impeccable, and the ambiance was what tied it all together. But what really made this place one of my new Boston favorites was the amazing service that we received from our server Brandon! He knew the menu like the back of his hand and gave us amazing and thorough recommendations. The place wouldn’t be the same without him! Hope you feel the love Brandon!

Have to visit this place. 4 of us went before a show and the food, atmosphere and service was beyond excellent. We ordered 2 apps and 4 entrees and all were fantastic. They have games, good music, comfortable seating and great lighting. Highly recommend.

Tried to eat here. Based on the ratings we thought it might be good. Went at about 7:30 got a table right away, they weren’t busy. Waited about 15 minutes for someone to come over and at least acknowledge us and take our drink order, but no one ever did. Ended up walking out.
