Came across this by chance when I was in town showing homes with a buyer. How fortunate! When I walked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They answered questions and gave suggestions. All the food displayed looked so amazing and it was hard to decide. But I settled on a beet and goat cheese croissant with the best little micro greens. And then I also got a apricot goat cheese and bacon quiche – because why not!? Both were excellent. Highly recommend this place for breakfast, brunch, coffee, and other amazing baked items. What a perfect little bakery. Definitely a must visit if you’re in Paris.

I visited Paris for the first time today and stumbled upon this cute bakery! Every single thing we tried was amazing, and you can tell that everything was made from scratch. Coffee was also good. Will definitely be coming back here! Definitely one of the best bakeries I’ve ever been to!

I was in town showing Homes as a real estate agent and was looking for a great little spot to grab coffee and breakfast. And came across this absolute gym! I had a beat and goat cheese, croissant and an apricot goat cheese, baking quiche. Both were phenomenal. The staff were kind and helpful. All the food displayed looked amazing and it was hard to even choose! Both were as good as they looked! I highly recommend this spot for breakfast, coffee, brunch, snacks, you name it! Loved it.

They have a great selection of baked goods. Very beautiful interior design. Pastries are a bit expensive like $6 for butter Croissant but in general its a great addition to downtown Paris!

This is the most amazing bakery!! I got several of my favorite items! My first trip to this bakery and I could not recommend it more! It is a quaint atmosphere. The bread I purchased has the best texture, the most amazing flavor! I got a loaf of the fresh baked Sourdough!

A delightful downtown location with some of the most delicious bites! Working downtown has made this a daily stop for me and everything I’ve tried is fantastic. Quiche is a personal favorite and the croissants are quickly making their place at the top! The chocolate babka and walnut chocolate chip cookies are sweet treats not to miss! And the breads……they’re good. Very good!
The space is beautiful, friendly and inviting. Their dedication to quality ingredients and investment in sourcing locally shine thru every bite! Make sure to stop in or visit them at one of their weekly farmers market setups!

Stopped in here for a light breakfast and a coffee while driving through. I saw them fill up the coffee carafe with a french press! So you know the coffee was good. Also got a cheese twist pastry and a lemon poppyseed muffin. Both were very good.

Listen, I lived in Brooklyn for 8 years. I know a good bagel when I meet one. I would drive hours to have a bagel from Hopewell Bake Exchange. Their salt bagel is my favorite, I think. But, they’re all so good it’s hard to pick. Everything from this place is delicious. Do yourself a favor and stop by.
