I loved everything about this place!! It was such a comforting place and the ladies working there are so nice!! Their fruit and walnut chicken salad was to die for!! And their 7 layer chocolate crepe cake with cream cheese icing is the best cake I’ve ever had!!!

Where do I start… When you walk in you are immediately welcomed and feel right at home! Everyone is so sweet and patient while you are figuring out what to order. While the menu isn’t huge like other restaurants the food is TOP NOTCH! We ate here 2 mornings during our trip and find ourselves craving the breakfast burrito and sausage still after a week of being gone! The coffee was delicious, and even came with a cute little heart on the top!!! I honestly felt at home here! Please if you are in town, passing by, or even staying in Chattanooga MAKE THE SHORT TREK, you won’t be disappointed!

We have just gotten to Trenton and needed a moment after the drive through the mountains. We drove in the rain and fog and it was a new experience. This place was at the entrance of town. The HOPE name caught our attention and we stopped. We were greeted before we made it through the door and the young lady smiled the whole time. Overwhelmed by the character and beauty of the place, I immediately started taking pictures. I had the small wrap and small turnip soup which is really a brothy bean, turnip, sausage deliciousness that I could have eaten a gallon of. Mine was served with my choice of cornbread (jalapeno, corn cheese awesomeness). This is a definite stop if you’re in Dade county, GA.

We were vacationing in North Georgia and stopped in for a late lunch on Thursday, Sept 11, 2025. My wife had the roast beef sandwich with pasta salad and I had the club sandwich and chips. Both came out quick and were very good. Rachael did an excellent job serving us we even had the opportunity to pray with her and with Hali. What amazing stories they shared of life’s struggles and God’s amazing grace. Such courage in choosing life in Christ over the things of this world. We know God has great things in store for them both and the others in this wonderful ministry. Thank you for a great lunch and continued prayers for you all.

This review is baised since I’m not from around here, and I was scrolling using Google maps to find a breakfast location. Breakfast at this location is great. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. If I even come thru here again, I’ll definitely stop in. I dined in, but took a few breakfast sandwiches to go as well.
