My wife and I enjoyed our afternoon breakfast “lunch” at Hope Breakfast bar. The service was attentive and friendly. We both enjoyed one of their signature dishes, the fried chicken and waffles dish. The dishes came out hot and fresh from the kitchen. The food was delicious.. didn’t care for the side gravey or the jalapeños gravy..the maple syrup did the job! The atmosphere was reasonable enough to carry a conversation. I would definitely go back to try other dishes on this mixed menu.

I had the chicken-fried steak with over-easy eggs, and it was excellent comfort food done right. The breakfast was filling, well cooked, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe made it a really nice place to start the day. Definitely enjoyed my breakfast at Hope Breakfast Bar.

Hope Breakfast Bar has some of the best breakfast and brunch food around, with many unique and well thought out flavor combinations. They offer a ton of sweet and savory breakfast options. I had the pork belly and biscuits, and it was one of the most delicious breakfast meals I have ever had. Generous portions. The service was excellent. My only complaint is that it gets really loud inside.

There’s something special about starting the day with a place that truly knows how to make mornings brighter. They open as early as 7am, which is perfect for early risers like me who love a hearty breakfast before the day begins.
One of the touches I love most is that you don’t have to wait for your server to refill your coffee — they bring a fresh, hot flask right to your table, so your cup is always full and steaming. It makes the whole experience feel relaxed and thoughtful.

Very nice place and good food. Doors were wide enough for our power wheelchair and we were seated by the window with enough space for other people to walk by They were kind enough to cut the food for my husband so it would be easier to eat. Definitely appreciate that. Will come again. ❤️

We have been here a few times, most recently to celebrate my birthday. Erica has been a fantastic server both times we’ve been lucky enough to have her helping us, with a super friendly & helpful attitude and great recommendations for food and coffee! I have yet to find a bad meal here, my wife loves the Reuben bowl, and I really enjoy the chicken & waffles and the B.B.L.A.T (add egg). We have also loved sharing a plate of pancakes, both the buttermilk and AMAZING sourdough “pillow” pancakes. We also love that you get such a great value for your dollar for such amazing food, we always end up needing a to-go box, which means we get to enjoy some Hope breakfast at home the next day! Would absolutely recommend Hope!

Atmosphere is fine, service wasn’t good and the pumpkin pancakes were disgusting. Would be nice if they had pictures on their menu of the food, wasn’t expecting a pancake drenched in some sugar liquid, when I asked if it came with syrup

Excellent service, great food, lots of healthy options. Steak and hash browns were seasoned really well. Loud atmosphere. Overall a great experience!

They try too hard with their food in what should be simple. For example avo toast. The mashed avocado was great as was the fresh tomato. However, the pickled veggies overpowered those flavors. Also the poached eggs were soft, but not runny.
The waffles were enjoyed, and comes with a thick cream cheese wild berry syrup. Some will love it, but one in our party much preferred regular syrup.
Finally, cost. $6 for drip coffee. This is not a value menu.
It’s an open setting. It gets louder as it fills up. People have a good time. The service was attentive.

My first visit I had wass a great experience at Hope Breakfast Bar.. I waited for 45 minutes for a table but it was worth it. The food was delicious and yummy I got the Banana bread pancakes and a White Chocolate Mocha it was all worth it. I am difficulty going to eat there again.
