Visiting from Colorado for work. Been on flights and got to my hotel. Wanted a sit down place to enjoy a meal. Was greeted and asked a few questions, was asked if this was my first time, it is. They gave me a discount and explained their menu. The ladies at the counter were kind. They have “shared” fries and I asked about their green chili (peppers) queso. Sounded great and it came out and was what I was expecting. I dumped the queso all over the fries and mixed them! Delicious! Will return! Manager came by and thanked me for visiting. I appreciated the staff and team making the visit enjoyable!

The first time I went here was for a date night with my fiancé. We absolutely fell in love with the place and the atmosphere.
This time we went as a family. Kids love the burgers and the truffle fries. If you are looking for a really good burger try the tomato bacon jam burger. It is awesome. My fiancé wanted the bison burger which wasn’t on the menu but he figured it out. Also, if you don’t do meat they have something for you too.

Tried hopdoddy today let’s start with the great customer service i asked the young ladies name and she told me Alexandra great customer service isn’t rare but it should be celebrated
Now to the food
I ordered the hot Parma and parmesan truffle fries
From the table i sat waiting for my food to cook fresh to my car where I tasted the food to do my review
Sandwich bread came out soggy and had very little flavor and the fries tasted like cardboard the price was very high for a sandwich and fries they have dine in restaurant prices with fast food drive thru quality within that small amount of time I wondered if I had dined in would there have been a different but it only took one minute to make it to my car
Based off the customer service I would return i just would have to try something different

THE WORST! The burgers came out raw, like not rare, raw. I took the bun off and the meat was literally red on top and bottom of the burger!! The price was over $70 for three fountain drinks, one fry, and three burgers! I had to go find someone to cook the meat. It took FOREVER. The lady I found to help was rude. Then, burger came back still oozing blood. Just GROSS. First time going to Hopdoddy. Should have listened to the reviews. We will NEVER be back.

This was our second time here. Our first time we were greeted by Josiah and he gave us AMAZING service. Super sweet guy who definitely knows his menu. He gave us a card to come back and we’re here for a second time and again very good! The first time I came I told him I post on TikTok and was making a video of the place so he definitely made us want to keep coming back.

Food was awesome, customer service was awesome, great atmosphere and vibes, food came right out after we ordered it was fresh and delicious! Double bacon jam burger, buffalo bill burger and the honey hot sage fries all was a 10/10 I’ll definitely be back!

I went a couple days ago.
Tried calling twice for a pick up order. They just have an AI machine answer. When I get transferred to do an order with an actual human no one answers and it sends you to voicemail .
I don’t know why I still decided to come, I enter and no one is there to assist at the register , I try to get the person in the kitchens attention after browsing menu to no avail . I wait almost 5 minutes and as I’m walking out some girl gets my attention. But very non chalant unbothered.
Horrible lackluster customer service.
Wasn’t worth my drive .

Had the Farmhouse deluxe burger ( fried egg on top ). Eggcellent.
String fries w/Parmesan & Green hatch Chile queso.
Fries were right, not to much heat, jus a lil zing.
Burger was top notch, ate it in 30 sec’s.
Numbered tables, loft chairs, quaint Cutlery.
TV’s, beer, shots & outdoor patio. Really quick place to Regen & relax whatever time of the day

It was slow when we went Sunday at noon. But service was quick and food was delicious. I love all of their fries. The truffle fries are delicious. The burgers are great as well. Definitely recommend.

Kind of disappointed…
The burgers are very good and they have quick service.
But, they could use some training on customer service and cleanliness.
When we arrived, the two girls at the register were more interested in chatting with each other than placing our order. Then after some table assignment issues, we got a table but needed to wait for it to be cleaned. So we stood around while waiting for it. There was other tables available so that was a bit confusing. The table was cleared off but the seats were dirty. We didn’t want to waste time trying to get their attention again, so we cleaned it off ourselves. Our appetizers were delivered with some plates but the plates were filthy and had hair on it. Had to ask for replacements and it took a bit.
Thankfully, the flavor of the food was good enough for us to stick around. But not sure how soon we will return. This place is not very old, but is already showing the lack luster of lots of places around here.
