This location was pretty chill and laid back , we sat at the bar which was a quick seating because we tend to go early afternoon when they are least busy. We absolutely loved the food it was 10/10 their burgers and fries are top – notch and their drinks have an amazing taste! Great combo flavoring felt wavy but not to a drunk or incoherent state. The food came out fast and hot but not too fast to where you had to question if it was cooked properly cooked lol Had a lot of laughs with Isaiah our bartender! Constantly checked in , made sure we had everything we needed any thing we asked for he made sure to never forgot us even though he had 5 others he was attending to he’s a wonderful multitasker and has a artsy vibe about him that made the experience even more enjoyable. So stop by too enjoy a team full of precision and pearly white smiles.

Fun, flavorful and fantastic staff. Hopdoddy is a counter service gourmet burger for more of a premium price. Great atmosphere very rock and roll.

Tastes fresh and everything we tried was delicious and worth drooling over.

I would come back but after payday because it’s a bit pricy.

This place is just okay, and the name is confusing. My husband wanted to try it out in hopes of having a fun selection of brews to try…. Because the name is HOPdoddy. Instead, they only had 8 beers on tap and mostly widely available everywhere. Nothing special.

My husband did reluctantly order a beer, and it didn’t come until 15 minutes after ordering, after the food had come, and after he he to go ask the bartender, who said, “I’m making it”.

We have 2 small children and were assigned a tall booth to sit at. I didn’t like that we didn’t have a a choice in where to sit, and no one assisted us with high chairs or booster seats.

The buns and fries are delicious. The burgers were unevenly cooked. The green chile queso felt cheap.

We’ve just been to better burger places in the area and probably won’t be back. We were underwhelmed.

HopDaddy is one of my top two burger spots in ATL (right next to Che Butter Jonez).

I love sitting at the bar with my laptop. The staff has always been great. I’ve been served by Isaiah, Olivia, Bri, and Crystal (the GM), before she recently left.

The food never misses.

I’ve tried a little bit of everything: burgers, fries, drinks, and most recently their milkshakes.

My current go-to is the Wagyu Cadillac. Absolutely delicious.

I definitely recommend this location over the Cumberland one.

S/N: I had to piece together the video of both my fries and my burger to upload this review.

Keep watching, the burger shows up at the end.

I don’t give bad reviews. If I don’t like a place I just ignore the opportunity to review it. So this review is a good one with just a few thoughts. I loved my Mellow Mushroom Burger. It was cooked perfectly and everything about it was great. Our server was young and inexperienced, which is okay but when I expressed my delight in my meal, the response was that they didn’t like Mushrooms. But what i think is the most important thing, is the audio and visual media that is pumping in the establishment. It’s just all over the place and some of it is incompatible with a good our even average eating experience. The TV had stuff that you would see in a nail salon. The radio went from reggae to rock to god knows what with each song. I wasn’t drinking, but they did have a good happy hour and they also have a Burger of the Month. I’ll be going back for the food, but that’s about it.

I never write bad reviews unless the experience is just awful all around and unfortunately, that was the case here. The servers were confused as to where any food went, kept asking tables what they ordered and bringing incorrect trays. My husband ordered a double chocolate brownie milkshake and after overhearing the server asking another table if they had ordered it, I told him that was ours and he said “Finally found you guys!” As if he’d been looking forever.
Normally not a big deal, but the milkshake was literally water-like consistency. I mean seriously. No brownie in it- even blended. Not even soupy, just water. Looked like it had been sitting forever and was $7 for a watery, tiny cup. Burgers were very plain and had no flavor. Just an awful experience and will not return.

Seriously good food! Finally! A place around here that doesn’t suck! The prices are on par for the area but the food quality is absolutely incredible. If you like a bacon burger then I highly recommend theirs. Also, the sweet potato fries were also amazing. Skip the other big names in the area and stop in. You won’t be disappointed.
