Not a bad spot for quick Viet food. You place your order on the self service kiosk and they call you number at the counter when ready. The menu is robust offering a variety soups, Bahn mi and cold noodle bowls. The food was good for “fast food”. The portions are reasonable for the price. There’s ample seating for dining in.

Really nice place to have a quick lunch or dinner. The self service screens are really useful specially for someone introvert like me. The service was really quick too and you can see the staff prepare your order in front of you. They were really nice too. I tried the salad with spring rolls which is delicious and quite fresh too. My Husband had the banh mi with plant based steak which was also good. The baguette was crispy and not bad at all. The only downsides is that the toilets downstairs are closed and the music was too loud.

Fast food place. Food is ok, but nothing special overall. However, the dumplings are very good and definitely worth trying. I don’t understand why you can’t order plain rice on its own – it would be a simple and useful option. It’s a decent place for a quick meal, but it could be better.

Absolutely amazing place. The food is delicious, extremely well priced and portion sizes are fantastic.
A lovely lady called Angel described some of the dishes on the menu that I was interested in and kindly helped me order.
I ordered a meal deal which with a special discount on the day I visited meant everything came to just over £10 … And that was for the chicken coconut rice box, the spring rolls and a coke zero … Bargain ! And it was heavenly.

My food was tasty with a nice little hint of spice that wasn’t too overpowering and it was served very quickly so I wasn’t kept waiting. There is plenty of seating downstairs but it was very quiet, which meant I had no problem finding a table but there was a lack of atmosphere. I’d happily return.

This is my new favourite fast food place, wish I’d tried it sooner. You can use an allergen filter on the order screens, plenty of options for vegan and gluten free. Food is quick, no service charge, deals to suit every budget. Big up the staff who are really friendly and hard working. Dishes are tasty and filling. Everyone should try the pulled mushrooms. Nice drinks too. There is a juke box to use and the decor is fun. Scared to try in London incase it doesn’t match up to Manchester!

We visited Hop this evening and had a wonderful experience. We ordered two bowls of Pho — one with caramel chicken and one with shredded chicken — as well as two portions of dumplings. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared.
A special shout-out to our server, Amara. She was incredibly friendly and attentive. She even made a fresh batch of dumplings for us and brought them to our table afterward. Her service truly made our visit exceptional.

Great find near the Arndale Centre, daughter and myself fancied noodles/rice for lunch, busy place, but fast service ordered off the touchscreen, meaning you can easily customise each dish!! Loved being able to add extras etc., really tasty and fresh with a good kick!.. Would deffo call back next time in the area
