Love this place! Nice selection of quality beer and wine, served by a delightful person! To me, it’s great that the tap beers offered are a good range of types, but nicely the number of choices are not overwhelming, you’ll find something you’ll love to drink. Nice interior design and warm atmosphere. Gig Harbor is fortunate to have such a nice establishment. Note: we did not try the food, will do that next visit.

Hannah the manager is superior! She is so knowledgeable about brews. She can talk to you like a pro, or relate to you as someone who’s never had a craft brew. She asks all the right questions, she will never steer you wrong! I come to Hop Pharm solely for Hannah, she makes my day everyday.

You have to check this place out. The inside is crisp, bright, and fresh. There’s an awesome patio to hang outside on a nice day as well.
If you’ve read my other reviews you know how much I appreciate a small business where you might run into the owner at the bar to share a pint. This is that type of place.
Great environment, amazing helpful and friendly staff, and am awesome selection of beers from around the northwest.

After living in Gig Harbor for nearly two years, I finally stopped to checkout Hop Pharm. It should not have taken me so long because it’s a cool little spot.
Chris was behind the bar serving up the beer and friendly chat. As it turns out, he manages the place.
I can’t remember the name of the beer Chris recommended, but it’s one of the best IPA’s I’ve had. There is a selection of twelve beers on tap along with a self-serve cooler with many more options to choose from.
I sat Indoors, the place was impeccably clean with seating at the bar, side bar, and a couple of tables.
There is also an outdoor seating area that has been enclosed with a soft sided enclosure with a propane heater to cozy it up.
There are a few bagged snacks available for purchase other than that no food is served.
Chris mentioned live music was on the calendar weekly.
If you haven’t visited Hop Pharm yet, I would recommend that you do. See you there!

Good selection of rotating beer & cider on tap, some local, some not. I appreciate that they offer smaller pours than a standard pint. Outside seating area is dog-friendly & perfect on a warm summer day. Only gripe is that they only have the draft list on a single screen above the bar and you have to wait for it to rotate. Wish they had QR codes on the tables or another screen elsewhere on the premises to make it easier to pick what you want next.

Rotating beer selections with a food truck in the parking lot. While they do not have flights, you can get 10oz beers, which at $5-$6 ea is a pretty reasonable way to try out their selections. Beers are not all local, but they have a decent variety with some ciders as well. Also the patio is dog friendly and water bowls are provided. Great little place to stop into while you’re out.

Loved loved LOVED Hop Pharm! We stumbled upon it on a Sunday afternoon and it’s such a cool place. Both the outdoor abs indoor area is super clean and just really nicely decorated. The beer and wine was really goood and the service was awesome! Will definitely be returning. If you haven’t gone to this establishment then get going!!!!!

My husband and I visit frequently when waiting for a table for El Lucano, and we have always had a great experience. The bar tenders are friendly and very helpful, and the samples are plenty if you need help choosing. The environment is very cozy and laid back, and they always have a broad spectrum of interesting brews to try.
