Food: chicken was fresh and tasty! Really enjoyed the sauces!! Would recommend not doing the sliders though due to being small. Would get a chicken sandwich meal.
Service: it is an order from the window and go pick your seat establishment. Server was nice:

I had a great experience with Hop Lounge and wanted to share. I placed an order through Door Dash for delivery from Hop Lounge right before they closed. The food arrived quickly, but we were missing the cajun fries that we were craving. I called just to let them know and maybe get a refund and was connected with the manager, Kevin. Kevin was amazing and sent fresh fries over right away! I love Hop Lounge and appreciate their care for their customers!

Really outstanding spot in Bozeman. 50 beers on tap. Cool design with river style bar and great music/speaker system upstairs. They run Red Bull tv on the two massive projectors, 10ft each at least. Staff is wonderful and friendly.
The food is highly oriented to chicken. Which is rotisserie and brined in house. I got the Carolina chicken on rice. Side honey and bacon Mac and cheese (same price as fries and delicious) plus nachos because they looked delicious. Outstanding.
Not to mention outdoor seating and dog friendly. Prices are very reasonable. If suggest stopping by. Ample parking too.

The Hop Lounge in Bozeman is a total win. Tucked in a historic barn, it’s got a chill loft vibe with vinyl spinning and BMX on big TVs. The rotisserie chicken is juicy, the Carolina sandwich slaps, and the nachos are a must. With 50 Montana craft beer taps, the drink game is strong—bartenders know their stuff. Staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere’s perfect for kicking back. Order downstairs, eat upstairs, and enjoy. My new favorite spot.

This is our new favorite place. The chicken and sauces are great. The Cajun fries are delicious too.
The beer selection is amazing. I love the margarita sour. We also got a bloody beer, was the pickle sour and michelada beer with a little Clamato and a salt/tajin rim. Finally, the barrel aged French toast was good as well. Might be too sweet for some but I enjoyed it.

What a great selection of local beers, truly amazing! The food was incredible, chicken sandwiches for days! Pay attention to the heat levels on the squares, some have some serious heat.

We tried Hop Lounge for the first time and we were not disappointed. HL has really flavorful rotisserie chicken, which had been finely shredded. The Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich is big enough to share as it is on a hoagie style bun. The slidders were fantastic and you get to pick a sauce for each slidder, so I had the Spicy BBQ, ranch, and the Sweet & Smokey BBQ sauce. All were tasty and even though I was warned the Spicy BBQ was spicy, I didn’t think it was too spicy. Once you order your food on the main level you can walk upstairs and the massive open barn feel is inviting with is large arched ceiling (after all it is an old barn), large wooden, hand-crafted bar top with a illuminated, blue epoxy, top as if a river was running down the bar. Pick from 50 different beers, and enjoy! We will definitely return!

Tastes like store rotisserie chicken, like Kroger’s if you’re from the Midwest. I don’t think it’s fire roasted as advertised on the site.
Rice was dry and old.
Maybe we just came too close to closing time so I get that happens.
