This is a nice place for sports watching! Ultra large main TV and lots more to watch all the others. On the Saturday we were there the Gophers were playing on the main screen, but we had NCAA Women’s Volleyball, Women’s tennis, baseball and other NCAA football. This place must be fun on Sundays with Vikings games!
As for the food, I enjoyed the beef nachos a lot. It definitely had a lot of meat in it though not enough salsa, guacamole and sour cream on the side. It was easy enough to order more but, maybe just bring bigger bowls. This chimichurri steak sandwich that we had (I can’t find it on the official menu on their website) was not very good. It was too tart and not well-balanced flavorwise. The fries that comes with it though is amazingly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside! Yum. I also definitely enjoyed the Jackpot juice custom cider, very refreshing.
During dinner service especially before a show at the theater, it’s advisable to have a reservation. Otherwise the bar seating is open and if you can grab a nice spot, you get your food fast.

Ok this spot is cool and all, but the wings are really big. If you like the extra big wings (and I don’t) you’ll probably love this spot. They actually did have a good flavor (spicy red dust). The burger on the other hand was just meat with no seasoning. Drinks were good not strong. Linwood took care of my rowdy crew with patience and understanding.

This is a new addition to mystic back by the old bingo. Tvs are everywhere so its great to watch the games and something we enjoy. My service was excellent, he was attentive, ready, quick and so polite. I ordered the salad a the sliders which was great and flavorable. My husbands porkchop on the otherhand was very bland and we are not even big salt people but the mash potatoes were perfection. Good selection of drinks and a fun atmosphere. It Can get loud so keep that in mind.

Excellent chicken nachos and definitely shareable! The bone in wings were crispy with the right amount of sauce! Our service was pleasant and she was very attentive even though they were clearly busy! She did a great job! We will definitely be back next time we head out to mystic!

We tried the Hop House for the first time at the beginning of September.
It’s a great sports bar, many TV’s with a VIP section and chair rentals to watch sports.
They have recently opened, so they are still working out a few kinks.
We started with Tuna poke and it was excellent! My husband ordered the blackened chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich. I ordered the beer battered walleye.
They were not that busy and it probably took 30 minutes or more between our appetizer and our main entree.
My walleye looked amazing, but the breading immediately fell off (which is gross and means the fish was too wet when battered). Hubbie’s sandwich was great.
It was nice to try a new restaurant and they have a great set up to watch sports with what I would call a slightly elevated menu – compared to just deep fried, traditional “bar” food.
Overall, give it a try!

This place had a lot to be desired. They have no beers of their own, its all stuff you can get at a bar-at a place called the Hop House. The menu was not what is shown online-I get it its a themed weekend. The queso I ordered said it came with tortones, chips and baguette. I got chips. I asked about it and was told they only come with chips. I asked about each item listed and was again told no and she acted as though I was wrong. I had to show her the menu and again was told no only chips. The nachos looked great but the meat was cold and not very flavorful. The cheese curds were OK but the dipping sauce was terrible. The wings were fine. This is a great place if you just want to sit and chat with friends drinking regular beer.

On Friday January 23rd around 8-9pm. Me and a group of my friends are staying at the hotel and came here for dinner. Allison was pur server and she was beyond amazing. I personally have been in the service industry my entire life while my family also ownes theyre own restaurant. I know allison already was serving and bartending but she definitely deserves a free Friday off considering I learned she works hard with three jobs and still was as attentive, caring, acknowledging and very ahead of the game she was. We had found out some terrible knew while at dinner. Theyre was some tears shed and intense opinions while she didnt make us feel awkward in any sense. She gave my friend multiple hugs, brought extra tissues and wipes and made us feel apart of our table with no judgements. In the industry myself It was top tier where she deserves to be recognized more than a “good job” but a reward considering i can already tell she loyal to what she does. You did the right thing by having her as an employee. I will never forget her beautiful service and neither will my friends. Thank you Allison!!!

Great place to hear music and watch sports. Good tap menu. We had the pretzels and that was overkill. It’s very good but way to much for 2. The wings were crispy and tasty. Will visit again for sure.

Everything about this experience was good especially our bartender Allison. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the drinks and food. Every drink she made for me and my friends were on point and probably the best drinks I have ever had. And in between helping us she was busting ass helping other people on a very busy night. You should be thankful you have such a hard working employee in this establishment. The food was so good and the environment was great but I would definitely come back for just the service.
