Take Out only. I ordered a lunch special L5 roast pork egg foo young. I fried Chicken and vegetable egg foo young in the past at other restaurants. At Hop Feng 2 on the lunch special menu the only egg foo young is Pork. You can order chicken, beef, vegetable, shrimp, or house egg foo young off the regular menu and that comes with white rice. The pork egg foo young off the lunch menu comes with fried rice and an egg roll for $9.50. A container of some kind of sauce came with the meal, but I’m not sure what it was. I gave the food 4 stars because it was good but I have had better egg foo young and fried rice. It took less than 10 minutes to receive my order, and the service was good.

So was craving some Chinese tonight. We lost our old time favorite when the owners retired and let their kids takeover.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Large order for us. Small hiccup when the forgot to pack husband’s meal. Called, ran back up to restaurant and everything fixed. Amazing customer service, kindness and care.
Always order more than we can eat in one meal for great leftovers.
My nostalgia- Chicken Egg Foo Young- fluffy, crunchy, sweet, savory all in one meal. “Gravy” wonderful. I chose white rice over fried.
Husband- Sesame Chicken. Again white rice. He said it was great
Pork Egg Rolls – excellent
Spring Rolls- super crunchy
Crab Rangoon- Hot and crunchy
Fried Wontons- HOT, crunchy and flavorful
Just a great experience when you have been searching for a little comfort. Glad to have a new Favorite again. We ordered a few more things but haven’t tried them yet. Will update tomorrow.

For my first time I was impressed, food didn’t take long, friendly people at the counter, Lo mein was well seasoned and every noodle had absorbed the flavor, wings were crispy, egg rolls were better then most. I’ll be back.

Not as good as it used to be. I ordered the vegetable lomein. Noodles were too soft and it had a weird taste.
I think they’re new owners. The woman who used to also know what I wanted when I walked through the door is no longer there. But they are still better than the other local Chinese restaurant. 7 months later, tonight 6/28/22 I went back and ordered the same thing, vegetable Lo mein, HORRIBLE!!!! Mushy noodles, barely any vegetables, the veggies had been sliced into smaller pieces and when I called in The manager said I should’ve ordered vegetable chow mein because it has more vegetables even after I explained to her there were hardly any veggies in the lo mein. I won’t be going back there

The chicken fried rice looks good but it’s too soft if you have teeth. I should have good for a small portion instead of large. I requested spicy and I got basic. The Hunan chicken was a 3 out of 10. On bright side, I did get 2 free sodas (even though I don’t drink sodas).

It’s good! If you said good Chinese food is hard to find in Charlotte, well not anymore. I had the sesame chicken combo and it was very good. I overlooked this place in the past because of the name tbh. But I’ll be back!

I ordered a large egg foo young and large pork fried rice from this restaurant they charge me for a a family dinner and gave me a lunch special wow beware of these people there customers Service is horrible over charge and their food is not good at all don’t waste your time or money you will be sorry in the long run specially when you get sick from food poisoning when you have to go to the bathroom afterwards I learned the hard way
