Waited almost one hour for food to arrive when it came it was only half the order, 15 min later the rest came out also cold. The manager came to talk to us and after reorder the winds came out with hair on many wings. After paying $100 you would think you would get not only better service but the food would be right. Very disappointed!

3rd time ordering where I come in after receiving order is ready for pick up. Ask for the food and I am told there is no order. I show the receipt and then just get pushed aside like it’s my fault. Thanks for making me wait an hour for the third time. It will be the last time. The new Wingstop on Lohman will pick up my bussiness going forward.

Came in after the UFC fight so everyone was leaving and there was nobody at the front. About 15 minutes in, someone said they would seat us. Our party waited and waited. Finally they sat us down and did not look happy about our large party. Our waitress took all our orders at once. Since we had been waiting so long, we all knew what we wanted already. Another lady came to deliver the drinks, which also took forever to get. She asked who had ordered a lemonade… nobody had so nobody answered and she got upset and just “Well!” as she set it down and walked off. Really?! To top it off, the waitress forgot to put orders in. I ordered the salad and my bf ordered 30 wings. When we asked where our food was she let us know she totally forgot to put our orders in and the fryer was closed already BUT she wouldn’t charge us for it. Wow! So the manager came and got us 10 of the 30 wings and I got my salad. Honestly, the food isn’t that great for the hassle.

This place is horrible the food was bland. The fries tasted like cardboard and smelt like it. The server had no personality. The toast was so salty. It made me feel like I wanted to throw up. The only good thing about it was the buffalo wings. The chicken tenders were also so bland and dry. This place needs some work. I heard it was good and like the 1990s, but it seriously needs some hard-core work here they need to have better servers and a better atmosphere. This place has too many people and it’s so noisy. The best part is they have 20 TVs but that’s the only good part about this place. and the only good person here was the owner or the manager. He was super nice and I like the pickles.

It was not our best experience at a hooters. Fries had to be sent back. Had to go get out own refills and also have another server find our server for us a couple times, and the place was almost empty.
