We came here instead of another wing place to change it up.
Server was good. Wings a HUGE MISS! Ordered Medium naked all flaps. They tasted weird almost sour, I thought maybe it was me. I asked for more sauce cause they were dry thinking that would help & the sauce was separated & had a sour milk taste. Our party of 3 agreed after tasting it. Poor waitress said its a new formula using butter & they’ve been getting lots of complaints. Hard to get that sour tastes out of my mouth. She wanted to box them up but We’ll pass… Very disappointing…

We went in for lunch and I had the Hooters chicken sandwich with curly fries. It was favorable, but not worth 14.99. I guess we should have tried the wings. I’m guessing that’s what they are known for. The service was great. The waitress was very friendly and she kept checking on us. I won’t be returning though. I wasn’t impressed at all with the food and this establishment is more of a guy place. Duh, Hooters right? Definitely not for families with young children.

go to bb.q or hotchiks or shack or pizza hut. not even wing daddys has let me down this hard. the frozen airfryer wings are better than this trash.

Ordered takeout for lunch at 2pm, the system tells me its ready at 220.
Arrive at 225 I go in nobody is up front and the managers are sitting having a roundtable.
Ok whatever, talk to the girl at the bar and she goes to get my food from the back. Comes back and tells me it isnt ready.
Wait around and some other patron walks in. Kinda tell him after a bit that i had to go talk with the bar. Manager comes up seats the dude and checks my meal. Its still not ready. its ok, at least the food will be fresh.
finally get my food from a very polite hostess and drive home. we get the food and the wings are cold and had no sauce. look at the pictures. the frozen airfryer wings are better than this.

This place is okay for a quick meal and drinks. We usually stick to the same order — bone-in wings and sliders — and they’re always good. The service is consistently good, too, which keeps us coming back when we want something easy and familiar.

80 Order Completely Messed Up – No Response from Staff
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Hotters. I placed a pickup order that totaled around $80, and it was messed up in multiple ways. I paid extra for all flats, but was still given a mix of flats and drums. They also forgot to include the ranch that was supposed to come with the order.
What made this even more frustrating was that I tried calling the restaurant for nearly 30 minutes straight, and no one ever answered the phone. I was willing to drive back, even though it’s a 30-minute drive each way for me—but I couldn’t get through to anyone to make sure they’d even fix the issue.
For an $80 order, this level of service is just unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but completely ignoring your customers when they’re trying to resolve a problem is not how you do business. Definitely reconsidering if I’ll ever return.

My family (of 4) and I went to eat here today. Everything was great! The service was great as our server was very attentive. Also, food was excellent, we had wings, onion rings, fries, kids’ meals, chocolate milk (for kiddos), and beer (for adults). For us, we personally enjoyed our visit.

This is my third time visiting. People like the wings here. I had a burger. The first time was the opening. There was limited service. It looks like there are more servers. Food came out fast. My food was good. My wife had the wings. She gave me one. I may get the wings next time. This is my opinion. You have to visit to satisfy your curiosity.

Daytona wings came breaded when decribed as naked . After I made an order at this location through uber eats… our order was wrong. I tried to call and stayed on hold the whole 15 min drive there. This wasn’t the part that frustrated me as I know it a new location and at least the place being full made me feel ok maybe I got someone else’s order. Untill the manager came and told me on uber I need to specify if I want my DAYTONA WINGS naked or breaded when making my order. She also continued to say she can’t see the order well when it’s a third party company. Now I can’t even count how many of these wings I have consumed. Upwards of ordering 150+ wings at a time and all on uber with no issues at the other location. So after I was told this I verified I ordered correct and as suspected I did. The description of these wings speaks for itself and shows me that she dose not know the menu clear enough to fulfill orders correct or the cook but either way it’s wrong and I want this review seen so she can understand the menu and fix the issue on any future orders. As u can see ticket says Daytona wings , and as u can see the menu description on uber shows they are naked wings, and as u see the hooters website also says they come naked. It might seem petty, but I don’t plan on driving several times to go get my order fixed if I plan to order for them in the future as a $50 order I expect it to be correct.

First time trying this location. Stopped by for lunch at 11AM place was empty so I expected great customer service which we really didn’t get from our waiter. The mananger was very kind, friendly & welcoming. I could believe the mini size portions we received. I get it the cost of everything has gone up from going some huge wings & shrimp to miniature for the same prize is crazy! We ordered 15 buffalo shrimp & I think 3 shrimp together equaled 1 shrimp they used to have. I personally think for the cost I won’t be going back to this location. Hoosters needs to do better about the quality of the food, chains like this should have the money to get decent ingredients in my opinion lol
