We stopped into Hooters in El Paso for a late-night wing run and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The vibe was relaxed, the staff was upbeat and friendly, and their BOGO wing special was exactly what we were looking for — you really can’t beat buy-one-get-one wings when you’re rolling in with a hungry group.
The wings came out hot, crispy, and perfectly covered in sauce. Our table tried a mix of flavors — classic buffalo, garlic parm, Daytona, and a few others — and every single one was a hit. Service was fast, refills were constant, and our server didn’t miss a beat.

Worst experience ever! This place is so dirty, starting with the entrance doors. Like another comment said, sticky floors and also tables. Ever since the menu changed, it sucks bad! They don’t have the same wings or waffle fries. Their “sauce” has very weird thick consistency. (Ask for a side of sauce and you’ll see what I mean) The waitress charged me 5 bucks for a very small side salad, when that’s what they used to charge for a full size. (I guess prices went up too) I wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business real soon. Do not recommend at all. I‘d give them 0/5 stars if I could. Not coming back. Sad it isn’t what it used to be

We’ve been to this location multiple times. Each time the food and service have been good, but the restaurant is very dirty. The Walls in the booths are covered in grease and food stains, gum stuck in the walls, the paper towel holders are disgusting. We complained to the manager before and thought they would do something about it, but nothing has changed. This place cannot be meeting corporate standards. It needs a thorough cleaning too to bottom. Never coming back.

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to visit several times a month and hadn’t been back in a few years. Daytona wings were still yummy and Philly was good. The blackened fish sandwich wasn’t blackened at all, didn’t even have seasoning, and was so bland. Took couple bites and left it there. Fries were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting there. Returned the fries and asked for fresh ones. They came out better. Not sure if it’s quality overall or the cook just wasn’t good. Service was average. Had to ask for refill and was never offered refill on anything else. We ended up just hurrying up and leaving.

greeted with absolute disrespect. The waitress asking if we were “high” because we were dog tired, and staff were in very poor moods. I am very thankful this is not my home town hooters. It would be very wise for any and all to never come to this establishment!

Ordered carryout wings today and the experience was frustrating. I went in, picked up a bag with my name on it, and left. About five minutes later while pulling out of the parking lot a server came running out telling me I had the wrong order.
Mistakes happen, and I had no issue correcting it. What bothered me was the attitude. The server spoke to me as if I had done something wrong, even though the bags were clearly mislabeled. Her rolling of the eyes was the last straw. There were maybe four people in the restaurant at the time, so it’s concerning that something this simple was mishandled.
If this is how order accuracy and customer interaction are handled when it’s slow, I can only imagine what it’s like when the place fills up for a game. Wings were fine, but the service experience definitely missed the mark.

I went the day before to get some food before I left to go to work In a timely manner. I waited around 20- 25 minutes for no service or food to come through, with half the staff not doing much. BUT that doesn’t mean they’re are bad, mistakes happens, shouldn’t have but it’s fine
I was compensated for my meal and time by a Man Mr. Contreras and a different manager, they were respectful,thoughtfull and caring throughout the process. the food was really good nice and soft. It was nostalgic for me as my family used to go for seasonal traditions. I wish I could give 5 though!
