recently visited Hooters – Webster, and honestly, I was extremely disappointed.
As of January, they’ve changed the menu and removed several items. The place was completely dead — and that alone says a lot. Hooters used to have a certain energy to it. Whether people went for the atmosphere, the wings, or the drinks, it had a vibe. That vibe is gone.
The biggest issue for me was the food. The wings are now heavily butter-based. Instead of a balanced hot sauce, it’s mostly butter with hot sauce sitting at the bottom. The oil literally sits on top, so you’re dipping through grease just to get to the flavor. It leaves the wings overly oily and honestly ruins what used to be the main reason to go there.
I didn’t even try the drinks this time because the food alone was such a letdown.
To be fair, the restaurant was clean, and our server was kind and professional. No complaints about service or cleanliness. But overall, the experience just wasn’t what it used to be.
Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. If you’re thinking about visiting, you may want to think twice.

Immediately upon walking in, it smelled of dirty mop water. While walking to our table, I tripped and rolled my ankle on a hole in the floor that was covered with a rubber mat. The staff were unconcerned and said they usually have it marked with a wet mop sign, they were going to get new floors but they aren’t anymore. The floors and tables were sticky and very dated. Our table had 1990s Nascar pics on it. The beer my husband ordered was completely flat. My Pepsi Zero was fairly flat as well and had a weird taste. We ordered mild and medium breaded wings that were neither breaded or sauced in anything other than grease. No flavor. We got our receipt and wanted to leave quickly because the restaurant was so musty, we tried to check out at the bar but the bartender refused. This was 3p and the restaurant was practically empty. Very disappointing visit. We have already provided feedback to Hooters online.

This is my first time dining in at Hooters since I got here in the US 2008. I don’t know what to expect. Wings flavor was good but the size of the wing was so small compared to the other wings restaurants.
I also ordered hooters salad but they served me wilted lettuce. I am not the type of person complained so I just ate it. I guessed I’m just so hungry. My server was nice name Brittany though. I hope this business will thrive and they have to change to be able to compete with other restaurants or sports bar.

I have eaten at this Hooters for 20+ years, but never again. They got rid of the Spicy Garlic sauce and everything is tasteless dry rub. Bring back the spicy garlic sauce!!

The staff here were very upbeat and friendly making the whole restaurant seem brighter somehow. My server Torrie was incredibly active and on point the whole time (Remember: Taylor Dane.) I spoke casually with the MOD Jasmine and she was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. I only has the Hooters Salad to eat but it was very good. The only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the restaurant building has bit too much character and could use a little TLC.

Location needs some work. It looks like they are doing so, but every time I go in the place is filled with about four people. Hooters service used to be great, but most of the gals can’t be bothered. Occasionaly, you get someone that understands being pretty and wearing short shorts is not the service part. However, I have always understood service is not why you go to Hooters….its the wings…and they have always been good. The floors are sticky like something you would find if you left your 4 year old alone with a few bottles of maple syrup. It seems Twin Peaks is killing this place. Which sucks to be Hooters I guess. If you’re carnivore like me, it’s a place I can go pretty often, but wings have gotten dumb as far as costs are concerned and has ruined a lot of wing places. 20 wings shouldn’t cost 30 dollars, but it does and thus we can’t go as often as we like. Y’all be good and stay safe out there.

I am not rating this location. This location was fine until my wings came out with the new Buffalo sauce for this area. The wings were cooked fine.
I am rating Hooters a whole. I had this same sauce serve to me at one of the first Hooters when I was visiting Florida last year and expecting the original sauce. The butter sauce is awful and I now know why Hooters keeps loosing business and I now believe they will not recover even with old
Owners back.
They also need to revise the outfits they make the girls wear. This is not the seventies anymore. If they made this up a more family atmosphere and stick with what did best they might make it. For me this was my last visit.

This visit will be the end of a tradition. We celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Hooters every year because she loves the wings. The food has slowly declined over the years. This year by far was the worse. I don’t know what they have done to these wings but they need to stop. It was like they were coated with a pound of dry rub. Even the lots of tots had a strange taste to them. We had a table of 8 and we ordered a couple or appetizers for us to share and when we asked for some plates the waitress said there is 1 on the table. Literally there was 1 on the table. This was an agreement by all that this will probably be our last visit to Hooters. Like I said the end of a tradition in our family.

I have been to multiple hooters and thus far this one is my favorite. The servers and management are nice and helpful. The food is good and cooked well every time. There are tons of TVs for sports watching that they will easily accommodate to channel changes. I come here probably every other week.

We went to Twin Peaks but it was too busy due the the game. So we ended up at Hooters. Not our first choice. We sat down and talked to the manager to add a table to ours because of the amount of people she agreed. Later when that table left the waitress decided we couldn’t do that and the other table had more people coming and they could use it. So she moved us in the back corner of the restaurant and forgot about us. 45 minutes to get a beer. She only brought food for 2 out of the 8 people at the table. We never seen our waitress until we asked a waitress working next to our table to get her. She was too busy with the table she kicked us out for. And to top it all off they put an 18% gratuity on our tab for the terrible service we received.
