Hooters was very nice and relaxing. I dined in late afternoon and it was not crowded. I enjoyed those classic wings with fries and a frozen margaritas. The service was quick and overall I had a great experience.

Second time eating at this location within a few weeks. Servers are very nice and friendly. Wings are very meaty, and flavorful. Better than most wing places around here.

Started out well. Greeted by staff upon entry and seated right away. Server allowed us to choose where we sit. Server gave us a moment before return to take orders. 3 people in my party. Server, Zari, accurately took order and made suggestions to meet our needs.
Ordered 30 wings with 3 different flavors, fish and chips included 2 sides. I chose tots and coleslaw. The wait times was lengthy. Being that its a wing spot you expect wait times wouldn’t be extreme.
The wings were good and sauced well. The fried cod fish was flavorless and extremely greasy. The tots were greasy as well. I learned that there was no coleslaw after receiving order. I chose potato salad, it came out in what appeared to be a sauce cup. Although the potato salad was good the portions size didn’t seem the value of what’s considered a side. This was hugely disappointing.
The space was loud. Countless televised sporting event playing.

So I had an absolute blast, after this being my first visit back since they reopened. My waitress was Isabella, she has always been friendly, and attentive, it wasn’t too loud, I would also like to added that Riley works there as well, these two ladies are absolutely amazing. I don’t know any of the other young ladies that work there, but they seem to use great team work.

Our server Mercedes was great! Stopped in with my daughter for some wings. We haven’t been since re-opening so we were excited to try it out. I will say good service is SLOW. Waited over an hour before requesting our food to go. It was 2 combos.. I hope they can fix this because we would love to be able to grab dinner in a timely manner. Our server was oh so sweet and understanding, very attentive. Bar seemed to be running pretty smooth. Also my $1.25 ranch was forgotten 🙁

I love Hooters wings best in town I think. This evening at this location, once seated our server was nice she took our order with no issues. She dropped the food off and was never seen again until I went to front to ask for my check. No refills no 2nd beer, just no service at all. We were sat near the kitchen and had full view of the area where the cooked food came out. I watched a server eat her wings at that counter eating with her fingers. When her orders came up she used her fingers to place pickles on a sandwich and arrange the fries. Did she wash her hands nope. she never washed her hands and took multiple meals to patrons. I asked our waitress if this was normal food handling procedure and she replied oh I don’t do that! She watched her do it and looked shocked. Come on Hooters this should not happen! I paid $52 bucks plus tip for poor service and gross food handling. Awesome not!

We ordered through Uber eats. We ordered 2 10 pieces of wings, fried pickles and a kids meal. When we got it we were missing the ranch for the pickles, the fries and juice box for the kids meal. The wings didnt even have sauce on them which sucks because the sauce i order all the time is my favorite. Paying over $70 for food and not getting everything ordered is pretty annoying. Never had this issue with the Addison location but they have shut down so this was the closest one to us now.
