Tried to give this location a second chance and was sorely disappointed. I ordered the fish & Chips. The fries were over cook, my fish was over cooked and dry. My brother ordered a burger and tots. His tots were over cooked and his burger was very under cooked. It was not our servers fault but the cooks seem to not care about the product they send out and the servers have to deal with the aftermath. People come to this place with their hard earned money only to get food prepared poorly. Very disappointed.

Had a fantastic experience thanks to an outstanding bartender named Kiana. She was incredibly attentive and entertaining throughout the evening – the kind of person who makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time meeting her. She mentioned she’s been here for two years, and honestly, seeing how comfortable and skilled she is behind the bar, I absolutely believe it.
The bar area was spotless and well-maintained, which really adds to the experience. Kiana is clearly great at what she does – charismatic, engaging, and the kind of bartender who makes you want to come back… Going to come back. She promised a new hair style. Into it… Can’t wait to come back and see her again!

I visited this location last week and was very disappointed with the wait staff. No host at the door, bar staff was too busy to acknowledge anyone, and sat for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged despite sitting next to the aisle all servers used to get to the back. Priority was about getting closed up instead of tending to customers (there was over an hour of open time left).
The food was quite delicious, but also took another 10-15 min to receive.
This is the same atmosphere as years ago which was one of many reasons I didn’t return. Unfortunately, I will again not be back anytime soon.

We had a great meal with great service from Shayla. I wish they had kept the teriyaki dip for the chicken, but the Caribbean Jerk seasoning was good. This restaurant has changed very little in many years of going here, except the service has gotten better. The interior seems dated, but was clean.

Oh we had a blast! The food was great and the waitresses were extra sweet. It was my nephew’s 26th birthday and they all came together and sang Happy Birthday to him and they let us take a picture of him with them. They had live music, they had a young man in the corner playing jazz solo guitar and it really added to the evening.

I know that Hooters has been on the downward slide for a while now, but I was bored and hungry so I figured a beer and some bar food would be the ticket.
Walked into the restaurant after seeing the parking lot less than half full tonight, Thursday at 1930ish, and stood at the hostess’ area for several minutes before even seeing a staff member. Got seated by another waitress and a few moments later my waitress “Maya” came by. My expectations were minimal, but this poor thing had the personality of a piece of wet cardboard. Ordered a beer. Watched the bartender pour the beer and it sat on the counter for probably 5 minutes before my waitress brought it over.
Ordered Tex Mex nachos and 6 naked wings. Food took while to come out despite probably 15 customers in the restaurant. The nachos were lackluster (when compared to other stores in the franchise) and the wings were a joke. Literally a bite of meat on each one… $11.75 for six bites of chicken.
The wet piece of cardboard made a single table touch with expected lack of enthusiasm despite the restaurant being a ghost town. I did notice that the waitresses (3 that I could see) literally disappeared from the restaurant floor during my entire visit. I found that odd. Extra duties knitting hats in the back of the house?
The bartender and a black waitress were actually on point. The bartender took care of 80% of the customers in the restaurant (seated at the bar) and the other gal actually smiled and greeted several others as they came in the door.
This outing concreted my decision to be done with Hooters as a whole. It’s a shadow of what it used to be. Do I expect flirtation? No. Do I expect a modicum of friendly service? Yes. $37 for nachos, 6 pitiful wings, and a beer. No thanks.

We used to come to hooters all the time. Because we loved the Buffalo wings we came today and they changed the sauce. I must say it was horrible. Probably one of the worst wings i’ve ever tasted. Couldn’t even eat them what a waste.

I get it, people don’t go here for the food but I expected a little better. Over priced. We weren’t checked on, wasn’t offered refills on soda, had to flag down the server for the bill.
The boneless wings were ok. The fries and onion rings were so light colored and not crispy. The ranch had no flavor at all. The chili was good.
