The sever was nice but took entirely too long to get the food in a restaurant that had a handful of people. I set a timer which after our food touched the table was 40 min. The wings were not fully cooked and the fries we ordered don’t get to the table until the our food was almost gone

This evening I went to have dinner here, the food the great and the server was courteous and provided excellent service. The issue I had was that a group on the other end of the restaurant were screaming and behaving erratically. If my back was turned, I would have thought someone was being murdered. It’s bad enough when patrons at a bar act this way but these were other employees acting like this. Except for the good food and service, I might not come back because of this incident

This was my first time trying the Hooters in Hornlake Mississippi. The parking lot was clean. The outside of the building looked great, how it was decorated. When I enter the building it was very clean and neat. The person that greeted me, her name was Brooke, she was very professional, friendly and warm. I placed an order for 10 piece Hot regular wings, she ask me would I like anything else. She checked on me while my wings were cooking, l really liked that. I really loved the way the restaurant looked. When my order was ready, she asked me did everything looked ok, I said yes. The wings tasted great. I was very pleased with this visit. Thanks to the entire Hooters crew in Hornlake Mississippi, especially Brooke!!!

Roommate wanted to pick up 50 wings and asked us if we wanted anything. Connie got some boneless wings and I got buffalo shrimp. We ordered ahead so we could Pick up at the restaurant. We did not have to wait very long and the order was all correct. I thought the shrimp was tasty with the medium hot sauce, which I could have gotten a notch hotter. The other girls enjoyed their food and all was good.

Great service, the waitresses are always checking up on you. The food was decent. Can’t seem to get actually “hot” hot sauce from Hooters. Ordered one Three Mile Island and one Spicy Garlic slider, they didn’t have Ghost Pepper on hand, both sauces were semi hot at first and then the heat tapered off quickly to just a little spicy. Had similar results at other locations as well. Same for the other guys at the table with different sauces, they come really weak and sometimes barley drizzled on.

My c/o 2020 asked for wings so that’s what we got, perfectly cooked only they lacked flavor, but when I called back to let them know, they made a fresh order for me that were perfectly sauced and put in a delicious slice of cheesecake for the graduate! On top of that, they brought it to my car! The manager really turned my whole day around!

Great food! Black Cherry Margarita’s were sooo good with the Buffalo shrimp . The waitress, Brittni or maybe beer name was Brandi, she was so sweet and continued to check on us. The female manager walked around and greeted everyone and asked if everything was OK. Amazing customer service here!!
