I went to Hooters solo to get some fried Cod fish. The fish was excellent and the customer service from Bria was superb!
I had a cocktail, strawberry margarita, it was delicious.
There were a couple of problems: I like real glasses for my water, it was a plastic container. The fish was hot and very tasty, but the paper it was on was coming up with my fish, as it appeared to be wax paper. But I just pulled it off my fish after I noticed it. They side salad was also delicious
My friend/Godmother of over 45 yrs was very sick, and I was one of her care taker since she didn’t have children.
I just needed to get out by myself to think and pray for her. This was the perfect place. Thanks Bria for making me feel welcome and listening to me vent about the bad customer service at the first restaurant I went to next door to Hooters, The Red Hooks
I got a call on my way home saying, my friend passed. She was 99 yrs young and she lived a good life.

Pam really made the night worth remembering. Excellent attitude in spite of some customers giving her a chaotic night. Everything was on point. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thanks everyone!

I went here yesterday night with close family. Food wise it was decent but my opinion is biased because the tacos were spicy and thats not my thing (“special sauce”). Otherwise it was pretty good, the salad was good and the lemonade tasted really good. Our waitress checked up on us often and attended to our needs and gave frequent refills. On the bad side my sisters burger was burnt and the fries were bland. So overall it was an okay experience, theres better places to eat obviously but its a good talk spot. (i ordered the baja shrimp tacos with a side ceaser salad)

Came in for lunch today. Had attractive black waitress. She was very nice but absolutely the WORSE servicer I have ever experienced. Waited 10-15 mins to get drink order, no refills- had to go to bar to get more tea. She NEVER came back after food delivered and she didn’t bring food. We saw the food just sitting in the window for another 10 mins. We never saw her again- we waited for 20 mins for ticket- – still never saw her. Ended up just guessing amount of tab and left money on table and left. Leaving wings we wanted to take home but… needed a to go box. Just terrible service and there was no one in store.

I recently came in from out of town. I was dotted by my waitress Alex. She was so nice and sweet. Service was excellent and I got my beer just seconds after I ordered it. She helped me decide what to get to eat cause I’ve never been there before. Food was on point. Overall Alex has been the best waitress I’ve had in a while 100/10 will be coming there again.

They let us know immediately they were running very shorthanded. We were seated quickly. Our waitress followed up quickly taking our drink orders. We settled on Buffalo shrimp, boneless parmesan garlic & bone in with the Daytona beach sauce. Our shrimp arrived well before our wings…about 20 minutes before. They were awesome. The wings arrived & were no less than fantastic. I did have to send back my margarita for the salt & lime I always request. It’s not standard per our waitress to make it with the salt rim & lime.

We ordered food at 7:07 p.m. end up getting our food at 7:59 p.m. the crowd the atmosphere and that building was horrible the food the wings taste disgusting it tastes like it’s been sitting for hours no one was there to help it was just horrible no manager to come up there to say I apologize for the wait or anything here is a discount card or something anything any acknowledgment from the manager would have been great we got nothing I’m pretty sure any other human being wouldn’t like to be treated that way especially when we came 45 minutes from our home to this restaurant very unacceptable hopefully the owner doesn’t get treated like this in his own atmosphere of his business we will never come back wasted $44 and I worked very hard for that money especially as a teacher

Haven’t been to a Hooter’s in a few years. Work had me staying in Memphis tonight. We walked in and noticed roughly 12 patrons here. Thats a bad sign. I point to the margarita on the menu. Thats what I need. I get it. Pictured with salt and lime. I received neither. I order onion rings. Menu states includes tangy dipping sauce. I get served. No sauce. I ask, she tells me it doesn’t come with sauce. OK, let me show you on the menu where it says it does. Also, no silverware, just plastic forks. The entire visit, the bartender sits at the end of the bar on her laptop. Every time we asked for something it felt like we were bothering her. Employee and one of their friends sitting at the bar vaping. Worst Hooter’s visit I’ve ever had. No wonder there’s no customers here.

We visited the Hooters Wolfchass location today and it was horrific. The server Alexis, didn’t come to our table until another young lady asked if we’d been helped, then told her that we were her table. My husband had to stop her and ask for water that was requested before our order was taken.
Then she bought me a buffalo chicken salad with NO buffalo sauce or dressing. When I asked about the sauce, she says “am I blind? Oh it’s not!” took the salad to the back and came back saying the new sauce is butter based, but it’s on there. I had mild sauce on my shrimp that’s we can both see, but this was supposed to be medium. She quickly disappeared again. After tasting the chicken with NOTHING on it, we wait 15 more minutes with no return. I wave down the polite Caucasian girl and asked if she saw sauce. She said there was nothing on it and got me some buffalo sauce but the kitchen wouldn’t allow her to anything else because she couldn’t ring it in…still NO Salad dressing. We wait again, and my husband was finally able to get our server’s attention for salad dressing. After ALL this, I put the 1st fork of salad in my mouth and BLONDE HAIR is hanging from my LIP. I HAD TO LITERALLY PULL THIS LONG STRAND FROM MY MOUTH. The manager… I tell the whole story and “Oh my goodness that’s gross. I’ll remove that salad from your ticket. Would you like anything else. (Of course not) We’ll I will get that salad removed.” Ma’am that was not a favor or recompemse for this horrible experience!

THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I want to start off by saying me and my best friends have worked in the service industry for YEARS so we understand! Short staffed or not, the manager WAFA was very unprofessional. NEVER took accountability for a 50 min wait time, just for our food to come out ice cold !!! buffalo shrimp ICE COLD with a 25 min wait. I understand it’s the holidays and you may not have the best service but this was not the new year’s eve dinner I was expecting. Hopefully management sees this and fixes the root of this which is management. MADDIE OUR SERVER WAS GREAT!
