Super happy with our service and our food at this location. We went a week ago to a hooters in Knoxville and after decades of going to Hooters we had the worst experience. Thankfully this location in Johnson city far exceeded our expectations! The food was perfect, the service was awesome and we were super happy when we left. I wish we would have got our servers name because she was absolutely the sweetest and super attentive to everything. We will definitely be back!

The Hooters in Johnson City is CLOSED!!! Very disappointing I was there for two weeks and the first day there a Monday I went there and it was closed. Went back Wednesday of that same week it was closed. So I went back to the hotel asked the desk clerk about it. She looked it up even called and found out it was shut down. No Daytona wings for me.

My daugers sodas were FLAT…no. carbonation. Fries were too done, my Philly cheesesteak was burnt, fried pickles were good…..our server was so nice and attentive. This was my VERY TIME EVER EATING AT A HOOTERS AND LAST TIME eating there.

me and my family went a couple weeks ago, about two or so. (me, my mom, stepdad and brother) we went so my brother could have his first time at hooters, it was also mine. he’s 12, so y’know how boys start liking woman and such, blah, blah so on so fourth. but we went and me and my stepdad ordered half and half, wings; asking for half one kind of sauce or something and the other half something. well, we both only got all our wings one kind we asked for. and i’m pretty sure mine were lemon-pepper which was not one of the ones I ordered. well our waitress, she was nice, but she didn’t say anything about the wings. she also had to come right back after to ask my stepdad what drink he had asked for. then that’s not even the big thing. there was literally only one woman I saw that was actually working. then the rest of them were at the corner bar at the back, I think that was what it was. but these woman were literally going on about them being sick. having no care for the people around them and their customers. the manager was there too. it ruined the whole time. so i’d really appreciate it if y’all would be considerate to your customers. like I get I don’t know you guys situation as workers, I know its a hard time these days and I know this and I’m a 15 year old girl, but just see where i’m coming from. how would you feel if you went to a place with your family and find out every worker there is sick. it ruins your whole time.

The Hooters in Johnson City was a pleasure to visit! Chloe, the bartender was fun and conversational! Her positive disposition and smile were so welcoming.
I found myself coming back during the week not only for the great company but also for the wings that came out steaming hot and were cooked perfectly.

Not bad, not great. Wings over cooked like normal, high priced, and had to pay extra per individual ranch. Slow service but nothing less than expected. Just the once every 5 year or so trip.

The food is actually pretty good. However, unless they’re dead, or you’re a regular that drops hundreds on tips, you’re not getting good service here. I was there last Saturday and waited for 15 minutes to be sat at a table. 3 of the servers looked at me, and walked on by. Not even “we’ll be right with you”. I don’t know what happened to the management there, but the service is sub standard at best these days.

We ordered and our food sat waiting on our waitress to get it and she kept walking around talking to peoples I asked another waitress to get it for us by that time it was getting cold and she didn’t bring silverware so then I had to ask someone for that. Then it took her another 10 min just to get me another drink. We had never had all that trouble before and it used to be slammed in there and it was pretty empty this time so now we see why. Oh and the wings were real small

I haven’t been in Hooters since I left Florida. I’m not big on a smashburger though. They get too overcooked. But it still had a good flavor. Love the french fries with the chili and the cheese. Service was excellent too. And a bartender makes a great drink.

I normally don’t complain about service. But this was absolutely ridiculous. We waited for 2.5 hours for our food as everyone else was getting theirs. Our waitress was great till the end. We ended up asking for our food Togo instead of bringing the food first she brings the bill totally fine. But when she finally comes with the food, things were forgotten. Not once would she come back or even acknowledge that we needed her back at the table. Stood on the side and never looked or came our way. This place has gone down hill so bad from what it used to be!
