Was great! Was slightly busy but we were seated right away by a taller blonde lady, and waited on by a young lady Named Amber. She was very polite, and quick. Food came out fast we got an appetizer, nachos, when she sat them down at the table her words were”wow! Those are the best looking nachos I have seen come out of there!” And they tasted just as great! The cooks did great! We ordered our lunch and it came out fast as well and looked wonderful! The chicken was delicious! I only could eat half of mine ! One this that we did notice as we were “people watching” as others call it ♀️ while waiting for our food to come , is that the waitresses ( all but ours ) barley smiled at all while the were walking through .we smiled and they looked at us like we had ten heads ♀️ ♀️ smile and enjoy the job you have ! Otherwise We had a great date afternoon out! Thank you all! We will be back for sure!

We took my granddaughter to celebrate her 15th birthday because she absolutely loves hooters. The service was perfect as usual. Kinleigh was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure my granddaughter’s birthday was great. Thanks for making my granddaughter’s birthday the best.

We all stopped by during the EMS discount on Halloween.
Our table all works our local EMS.
We were given some of the worst service and some of the worst food that I’ve experienced that any restaurant in this area.
Not even 10 minutes into our conversation. We were bombarded by two servers trying to sell us a calendar and some hoodies.
Our drinks were kept empty while the server Jade passed by. The buffalo shrimp had no buffalo sauce on them and were overcooked.
I ordered chili as a side and it was $1.99 extra but was served in a small ramekin…
I highly do not recommend coming to this location. The service was atrocious, and the food was even worse.
Imagine dropping a marketing campaign to offer a discount for our local EMS and then treating them like crap when they come in for lunch.
We were stuck waiting for over an hour, and it was hard to watch as the server walked back and forth doing one task at a time. Nobody spot seated anything so they didn’t know where any of our food or cards went.
At the end of the meal I stated that I didn’t even want my money back. I was just going to leave a bad review, zero reaction from the server, zero engagement from the management.
In a time where professionalism and good customer service is so scarce, wouldn’t it be best practice to go against the grain and actually provide a good experience? I guess this location doesn’t understand the value of the customer or the community that it serves.

I didn’t eat but my brother did and he said the Philly cheese steak was good along with the tater tots. Our bartender Caitlin was super friendly and attentive. 3 of the sweet servers took a picture with my brother’s Hot Rod.

The first time in a couple of months they’ve gotten rid of all the sauces that we like then I just came to find out that we were charged all this money for sides of blue cheese and ranch that normally came with it nobody ever told us Atmosphere just really didn’t feel the same so we probably will not be going back I called you ask about being charged for the sauces that were supposed to come with all of the dishes we got she said that they’re under new management and they just started that a couple of months ago. I said well you probably should let people know that they’re gonna be charged for those items and then she hung up on me

I visited Friday night around 6:30-7:00pm on 10/31/2025, and sat at the bar. I’ve been to hooters a hand full of times over the past year, but I have never received such poor service until yesterday. The girl working the bar was not at all what I’ve experienced over my past visits to this location, in any regard. Image, hospitality, and service were beyond subpar. At first, I wasn’t going to leave a review about this experience because I wrote it off as a new bartender learning the ropes, but it turns out this “bartender” was actually the manger for that shift, and she was accepting tips. After the service I was given, I’m sure this bartender didn’t make that many tips, but any manager that has to fill in behind the bar should be transparent about the situation and should never accept any tips, especially with the level of service was given.

My Server Jada White was just superior at her job tonight. The service was just spectacular definitely contemplating on coming back here regularly if this is how the service is going to be everytime, I felt comfortable and was checked on consistently and given great conversation. 10/10 service for sure
