Absolutely Horrific! When we arrived at the restaurant we waited over ten minutes for anyone to even come to our table. One waitress saw us waiting and assured us that someone would be with us shortly. Finally our server who originally walked right by us twice took our order. We then waited over 45 minutes for our food. Two other families that came after us received their food and left. I can understand if the restaurant was busy but as you can see it was half empty and the whole other side was completely closed. This is the second time in a month that the service has been horrific. This place has gone down hill.

I placed a order over the phone and ordered a 6 wing meal I’ve been to hooters once before and got a mild sauce that was very runny but I like my sauce thicker which it used to be from the past times I went. I stressed this to the phone rep I was speaking to and she said try medium it would be thicker I confirmed . I get there on my lunch break and I have no sauce on my wings so basically regular fried chicken with fries after my receipt said medium sauce . I go back in to the register and ask the minor issue be fixed and it was but I get in my car check my food and it’s still a watery sauce it seems like a flavored oil is being put on the wings instead of actual sauce ! It was edible but I will not be trying again !

Had a horrible day at work and decided hey lemme swing by hooters for a burger. Walk in sit down at the bar. Waitress come up I say hello what’s your name. This is something I alway do out of respect to know who I’m talking to. She says “shalom” I’m confused I say excuse me she responds sarcastic peace be with you. Listen I just came for a burger not for sarcasm. Now I’m upset. Order mozzarella sticks and a burger. The burger comes first. When i asked for the appetizer ! The drink was pure sugar. She didn’t even give me napkins I had to literally reach over to the bar rack and grab some. Doesn’t ask if I needed anything else. Puts the bill down walks away. My bill was 33 I left her a $20 tip when I shouldn’t have given her anything Shalom is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. And to top it off super sarcastic she says have a blessed day. Thanks hooters and shalom for putting the cherry on a horrible day I had.

What a great place to watch the game. The blue cheese bacon burger is top tier. There is a manager named Linda who was absolutely amazing to us. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so genuine and kind. Highly recommend this location for good food, good service, and a good time

Went here for a UCL match day and it didn’t disappoint. Great match day atmosphere, cold beer, hot wings and the service and hospitality I’ve come to expect from Hooters! Recommend!!

Love Hooters with a passion! Their quality food and atmosphere is always intoxicating. The lemon pepper dry rub and 3 Mile Island Buffalo shrimp were phenomenal, but even more so was Maddie’s incredibly exceptional service with a smile! She helped make my tough day so much easier to endure. Very grateful for her and for Hooters being right across the street from my car repair shop. May God continue to bless you all as he has me. Happy new year! Make sure to put God first in 2026! Mainly because He deserves it, and if you’re bold enough to do so, it will inevitably be your most prosperous year yet! We had to wait for 10 minutes to get acknowledged. After the waitress finally took our order, she asked what we wanted to eat but we had NO menus. I asked where they were and she said “over there” and just pointed in the other direction. I also received the wrong order when food finally came out. We then had to proceed to literally WAVE DOWN our employees to get water refills and the check. They never looked our direction. All of the waitresses were in the corner talking and on their phones and ignoring the other tables. Ive never had such bad service in a restaurant.

Spent $50 dollars on Uber eats cuz I love hooters but they really just served me the worse meal ever . Wings are over breaded and horrible . Both my shrimp and wings seem dry . This is. Crazy lol
