My server was absolutely fantastic but when you charge someone $17.00 for 10 chicken wings and they came out looking like they came off of a chicken that didn’t hatch…. You literally just robbed me. For any establishment to serve these to your customer is horrible, there was only one wing that was of acceptable size.

The view the food was fast and warm. The fries had a slight old oil taste. Drinks and atmosphere with live band were great. Service staff smiles and welcoming throughout the entire time we were there.

Wings and football make any experience great, especially when your team wins . We enjoyed a plate of 3 Mile Island naked wings and shrimp tacos. The kids enjoyed buffalo boneless wings and cheeseburgers with fries. The service was great. And the price was reasonable. There was no rush to give up the table.

Now I know why Hooters is going out of business.
This restaurant is literally located on the beach. If you sit outside, you can walk down the stairs to the sand and jump into the water. It’s the perfect location and on a Friday night you would expect it to be packed, but it was barely a third full.
Great! We got seated right away. Our waitress took our right away. Then we waited. And waited. And waited.
We watched our waitress run around dealing with To Go orders. She tried to be everywhere all at once, but there is no possible way for her to manage it all. After about 45 minutes, she finally came out and told us that she was still waiting for our wings, our appetizer, because they still working on To Go orders.
We waited another ten minutes, Then I asked for the check for my husband’s beer and a manager. It was now eight o’clock and I was starving so we decided to go elsewhere.
The manager made us pay for our beer, which can’t be comped legally, or so I was told. I don’t know the law in Florida. The manager came out and told us that he was too busy helping in the kitchen and that he would rocess the $6.75 it cost for one beer.
I asked why they were serving all of the To Go orders before the actual people seated in the restaurant, especially after I watched a To Go order sit waiting 15 minutes before it was picked up, to which I received no answer. I received no apology. I asked him nobody in the restaurant was getting their food. He just stared at me. He didn’t even offer to comp our appetizer if we would stay, NOTHING. This guy did absolutely nothing but shrug at me and walk away.
I was livid.
Let me help you out Hooters. To Go orders don’t tip your waitresses like actual people sitting in a restaurant. If I were a server, I would never work there. Ladies, if you’re reading this, quit your job and go somewhere else. Your manager is screwing you out of so many tips.
Alcohol is where you make your money, not food. People in the restaurant drink beer and wings. This increases the check, which increases tips for your servers. To Go orders are labor intensive with a much smaller profit margin.
All this information and I have never worked at a restaurant a day in my life. That’s how badly your doing Hooters. That’s why you’re going out of business.
I did tip the waitress regardless because this definitely wasn’t her fault and I really feel bad for those women.

Waitress was great. Music terrible. Fatty wings. No onion in the onion ring. Warm ranch. Worse Hooters I’ve ever been to. And the beer was terrible.

We went to have dinner. After ordering beers we learned there were 2 servers (1 was the bartender) and 1 cook. Orders were slow and the line of customers waiting was long. We closed out and decided on dinner elsewhere. Make sure you have time in your schedule.

Service was a bit slow and they didn’t have very many customers. Food was ok. Chicken fingers were overcooked and hard. Fries were undercooked and soft. But rest was OK.

We went to Hooters to have dinner, I haven’t been to one in quite some time so I was craving some chicken wings. Unfortunately, my wife received her chicken wings in a fairly reasonable period of time and mine took an extra 10 minutes for some reason. I suspect they forgot my order and then then tossed it in afterwards because they were burning hot and just barely cooked when served. But they were tasty and they satisfied my need to get chicken. Staff was very friendly and and checked on us often.
