It had been years since I had visited. I was in the mood for wings and figured I’d give them another chance since previously I wasn’t too impressed with their wings. The waitress was kind, but was more attentive to another customer than to myself. Which I’m fine with other than that allowed me to have an empty glass for most of the time I was there. After looking through the menu, I settled on a sampler type of dish called Buffalo Platter. It came with wings, chicken chunks, and shrimp. You can choose different flavors for each, but not all flavors they had listed was available. They have smoked wings showing on the website and menu, but no longer have them at the restaurant. The flavors I got was Daytona beach sauce and hot. I wasn’t a fan of the Daytona Beach, but the hot was good though. Granted, I didn’t think they were hot, but then again I can take quite a bit of spicy. They were appropriately sauced and cooked. The shrimp wasn’t hard like when they get overcooked. I enjoyed the meal very much so. The wings are actually good and meaty and was cooked perfectly. I have put them back into good places for wings. They do offer a military discount.

Best experience! Zoe is AMAZING and James, the manager, was great too! He checked in everyone and genuinely seemed interested in our experience. The Daytona wings are phenomenal! While I miss the smoked wings, these are my new favorite! ❤️ The next time we are in Cartersville, Hooters is where we will eat! Thanks y’all!

The location here is clean and most of the staff are really friendly and genuine. I have several waitresses here that have always gave great service. This is pretty different from some of the other location I have visited were they believe you should tip based off looks not service. I have rarely ever had a bad experience with the staff or the food. If I have ever encountered an issue the management staff have always taken good care to resolve the issue.

Would give it a 5 for food quality & great service but the wait for food was entirely too long. Hadn’t been in a Hooters in years but friends wanted wings and it was close by. Was a Sunday afternoon and not too crowded. Lively- lots of chatter and variety of football games on TVs around the restaurant. Our waitress was great and dug up some paper menus for my friends who refuse to go digital. Worth noting- food items and pricing on old school menu not the same as digital. Not all options available and prices increased so if you use a paper menu be advised. Friends expected a $15 lunch for wings & fries and got bills closer to $25. Regardless, they paid it and devoured them. They have talked for a week about how delicious the wings were. I opted for a burger. The one I wanted didn’t come dressed as on the menu (paper) anymore so I pivoted and built my own bacon cheddar burger. So delicious and juicy- made a complete mess which is the best kind of burger. Side of tots completed it and they were some of the best I’ve had and perfectly cooked. A good flow of people coming in and out the whole time, and the bar seating stayed full. Our only negative was the long wait for food to arrive at our table, but overall well worth the wait. We’ll be back soon!

Okay, I don’t care what people think this place has great wings. Whether you get them, make it or you get them the original they are good sized flavorful and they have a pretty good variety of sauces. And you can’t be curly fries. I enjoyed the blue cheese and the the celery is crisp and fresh. As far as service today, Bree did a great job taking care of these three. Thanks again. We will see you soon

Our server was awesome but holy cow the cooks were abysmal and the drinks were weaker than McLovin. Its sad but Hooters will be out of business soon thanks to the staff behind the bar. Makes you feel bad for the girls that work here that actually care

So…this actually happened: I pulled in with a clearly visible handicapped tag into the ONLY handicapped spot they have marked in the parking lot. This young fella who seemed to be the manager was out with a handful of traffic cones and asked me to MOVE MY VAN because he was cordoning off the area for “Bike Night”. That’s right – he asked a handicapped person to move out of the handicapped spot – so he could save it for a bunch of motorcycles! I told him – That’s illegal, you can’t do that. He did it anyway. He didn’t seem to grasp that you can’t just do away with the only handicapped spot you have to give the spot to motorcycles. Unbelievable. I called Hooters corporate and spoke with some young woman who said she was forwarding my complaint to “Legal”….and that’s the last I ever heard about it. They just don’t care.

It was very nice. The waitresses were super nice and the food was great! Atmosphere was wonderful. It was my birthday so I wanted to go somewhere I’d never eaten at. I loved the place. Everyone was super nice!
