My first time at Hooter’s. I came in not liking wings and hating buffalo sauce…. I left fat and happy after eating a crazy amount of their amazing medium buffalo wings!! I tried the naked, breaded AND boneless and they were all awesome!! The service from Alissa and Sam left NOTHING to be desired. They were attentive and pleasant even on a busy Saturday night and working our 25 top. EXCELLENT WORK LADIES!! We will come back!!

This place is walking distance to my house. Usually the food is pretty good. Last night (Saturday) I went there around 6pm and there were fewer than 10 customers in the place. Lizette the waitress was perfect – engaging and cheerful. She thanked me for my military service (she saw my Navy keyfob – clever girl) and asked me about the paperback I had brought. She brought me a delicious ice-cold Yuengling lager and I ordered a chicken sandwhich and onion rings. It seemed to take a much longer time than usual – about 20 minutes – for the food to come out so I ordered another beer. First bite of the chicken sandwich I knew something was wrong. It was hard and rubbery and chewy – clearly it had been a frozen chicken breast that was run under some hot water to get the large chunks of ice off and defrosted in a microwave for 10 or 15 minutes. I don’t think it was even deep fried – I think they just left it in the microwave for an extra 5 minutes, threw some paprika on it and served it to me. I chewed through two bites and spit the third bite into a napkin. There was 2/3 of the chicken sandwich left on my plate. Lizette came over and asked how everything was and I told her that the chicken sandwich was “disgusting” and “inedible.” I thought she was going to cry. She said that she would ask the manager to speak with me. There were fewer than 10 people in the whole restaurant. I waited 20 minutes, finished my onion rings (below average) and my paperback but the manager never showed. Lizette came over again and apologized for the food and the manager. I thanked her and left $40 for a $32 bill. The waitress (Lizette) was great and professional. The food was God-awful and the manager is a coward – making the waitresses go out and do his job with customer relations. Really shameful. Was planning to meet a bunch of friends there today for the Eagles game but we will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

We had a really nice experience at Hooters, especially because of our waitress Makya. She had a fantastic personality and went out of her way to interact with my young children, which meant a lot to us. She was attentive, upbeat, and made the whole table feel comfortable. Excellent service—hope we get her again!

Makya hands down one of the BEST WAITRESSES at a Hooters that I’ve ever been to and had. SUPER friendly, beautiful young lady, pleasant, thorough, fast, attentive, deserving of a great tip and review! Her manager should be very proud and assure she stays. We went here for a birthday party and there were about 20 of us (adults and kids). Mia, the manager, had our table ready with balloons and happy birthday signs. Our Server Samantha was so good with the kids! She was always happy and smiling, the kids loved her. The manager Mia helped fill drinks and jumped back in the kitchen to help get our food out. Food was fairly priced and for the menu items offered food was good. After dinner, All the other servers came over to sing and took pictures with the kids. The Manager Mia and Server Samantha is what really made this a great visit.

Needed our Hooters fix so stopped at the Myrtle Beach location. We are longtime Hooters addicts as we live near the original location in Clearwater. Our waitress Sam was very pleasant and checked on us often. The food was excellent. Nice size wings with a perfect crisp. As I always order my wing sauce on the side, I was pleased to see it was nice and creamy. A good meal. We will be back.

Always have loved Hooters for their wings, (traditional hot), cold root beer, inside decor (feels like you’re at the beach), and of course the beautiful, attractive, friendly Hooter Girls. Will definitely be back. Wish there was one closer to where I live in Parkersburg, WV. 2025 – My favorite is traditional, bone in, battered, hot. Thank you Ara for your friendly service.

Got to say this visit in this location was very disappointing.
First, it was Saturday night with college football on and this place was dead! I can understand maybe why know one wanted to sit at bar…. there was a group of locals ive seen there are number of time being very rude and sexist to the girls. But the girls played into it and really weren’t working the rest of the bar as normal.
The hour I was there I never once saw Manegment come on the floor….
Really hope the Corporate changes coming soon help.

We were seated promptly, and we gave our food orders to the server when she got our drink orders. After verifying that I had the right drink, and after we got our food, she didn’t come back to the table at all until my drink was drained (without having been offered a refill) and we needed to-go boxes and our check.
I would have liked more bbq sauce for my sandwich, which was good, but kind of dry, and more drink. She walked BY us at least 3 times, and then she sat down in view of us but would never look up at us to wave her down for some service. Each time I was about to ask for bbq sauce when she passed, she turned away just as I was going to ask her. So I ate a dry sandwich and couldn’t choke down my food as well since my drink was gone.
They weren’t very busy, and other patrons seemed to be getting good service from their servers. So we don’t know if our server was new, shy, or just didn’t want to be there, but it’s a shame. She seemed nice when she greeted us but seemed reluctant to offer great service.
