Was pleasantly surprised to show up on half off seafood day. Got delicious crab legs for super cheap. The manager Kirsten saw my sons uga shirt and said “go dawgs “ which was great to hear away from home. Our waitress Carly was sweet and got my shy son to give her a high five. The food is as good as always at Hooters. Atmosphere never disappoints and Until today, the service has also been great. This is my third visit to this particular location, and I’ve had a different waitress each time.
Today’s waitress was the exact reason I base my tip on the level of service. I didn’t catch her full name, but it started with an “E.” Maybe she was having a bad day—I don’t know. But choosing to socialize instead of checking on your customers, then disappearing after they’ve asked for something, only to reappear once part of the party has left, and then being rude to the person signing the check? That was the wrong move.

Came in to kill time during my tire change. So glad I did. Karli told me about the bogo wing special and their $3 can specials. Stayed for the specials thanks to Karli and had a great time. The manager introduced herself to me and made sure I got everything the way it was ordered. Thanks Caroline ! Hoping to be back soon !!

First we sat at our table for 20-25mins with no one greeting us or taking our drink order, and they was empty with 4 servers on the floor and maybe 6 tables taken. The server we had was super nice but she was insanely slow she took forever to come check on us to take our drink order our food came out wrong and to top it all off she gave our debit card to another table with their card and had to chase after them as they was walking out the door with our card because she wasn’t paying attention she didnt even notice she never gave our card to us until I had to ask for it. This use to be a great place I dont know what happened but no one seems to care at this location anymore. Especially when you have a customer standing in the middle of your floor asking for there card and watching your server run for another customer to get the card back I’ll never come back to this location

Karli is seriously the sweetest and always has the cutest smile. She brings amazing energy every time and makes the whole place feel brighter. Honestly, her happiness and personality are the main reason I keep coming back

I eat at this Hooters often and I must say, my experience with Jaylin was beyond words. Her upbeat attitude, great personality, and beautiful smile made the whole dining experience better. She is the best bartender at the North Charleston location!

Had a group function there, was fun and the food was good. Service was excellent and attentive. No tab at the bar was a bummer, but good with a server.

Our experience at Hooters was extremely disappointing. The waitresses were not attentive at all and treated us poorly. Beyond the lack of service, their behavior felt prejudiced and xenophobic.
We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one with such a well-known reputation. No customer should feel discriminated against because of their background or accent.
I sincerely hope management takes this situation seriously and works to ensure respectful and equal treatment for everyone.
