Had a great dining experience at this Hooters!The atmosphere was clean, fun, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. All the girls were friendly, but my server Diana truly stood out—she was super consistent, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The food was really good plus they are selling 2026 Hooters calendars right now! Also , I appreciate that they offer military discounts Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Went just to get a dessert on my anniversary, because the chocolate mousse cake is my favorite dessert. It took 18 minutes for anyone to come to us. Then after eating the cake had to wait until we stopped someone for the bill, then waited another 35 minutes until I grabbed the original waitress to check us out after she and the manager walked by multiple times without acknowledging us. I’d be more lenient if it was busy, but it was over half empty, and employees were standing right on the other side of the wall from us.

We came in as a group of 5 and were seated within about 5 minutes, which was fine. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. After being seated, we waited over 30 minutes and no server came to our table. We asked several servers for help, but nothing changed. Only after we complained to the manager did a server finally approach us. Once we placed our order, things got even worse. 55 minutes later, we only received water. After 1 hour and 5 minutes, we still had no drinks or food. During this time, the bartender was only serving people sitting at the bar and was not making drinks for tables at all. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and there was a serious lack of training and organization. This location needs stronger management and better staff coordination. Customers should not have to wait over an hour for basic service after being seated and ordering. Very disappointing experience

Came in on a slow night only was two customers between the bar and tables. The server was great but it took 55 minutes for a chicken salad to come out of the kitchen when only five more customers were added to the original two that were in building for total of seven customers . Not the first time where it takes around hour from when place order to receive and no manager is seen to walk out to tables explain. Corporate needs to step in it’s not the servers fault. Didn’t even eat my food after that wait boxed it up and left probably end up in trash so mad.

Overall it was a good experience, the food was okay. The prices are reasonable, the staff was excellent! Our server was Cyan, she was very attentive and on top of everything!
The restaurant needs a deep cleaning and several of the TV’s were not working properly, like color was off and another one had black spots on the screen.

This is for the Fayetteville Hooters I cannot speak for the others. However I feel the wing Quality went downhill in a bad way. Usually this is my go to and after my visit to Dirty Myrtle here in Fayetteville and that was a bomb and my visit to Mancini’s which was dare I say perfect. I decided to go back to hooters this was on The 18th and I’ve had some time to process this. I ordered 50, 25 hot and 25 lemon pepper and chilli cheese fries. For starters this was on me I didn’t check the bag went home only had the hot ones which I feel im partially responsible for not checking before I left. I called and the lady she remembered my order and my lemon peppers were sitting waiting. She apologized no problem I told her it was on me too I didn’t think much on it. Went back and got them. Well. The hot sauce…something isn’t hooters that I remember. It’s way zangy I don’t remember them like that I wish I had a better way to explain it. But I remember they had like a buttery creamy flavour with a hint of soft buffalo heat. It tastes like now very zangy or too vinegary maybe less buffalo heat, like a knock off low quality hot sauce the flavour was just off. The breading for both alittle on the mushy side, the wing meat itself very chemically taste. It wasn’t good. The chilli cheese fries well they were cold and not much chilli however they were better than the wings. Now for starters I use to place my orders here religiously and was my go to till It started going down hill. I haven’t went back in awhile going to wingstop as my somewhat regular. Then i started exploring for other wing places. Mancini’s right now is my go to number one and sadly it’s far away but Buffalo Philly’s in Woodbridge VA is my number 2. Im still exploring around to find that homebase one which im fully convinced that’s Mancini’s. I seriously cannot put my finger on it but it’s not the Hooters I remember. Maybe it’s just here the Fayetteville one but I have no reason to go back. Now only reason I gave it a 2 is because everytime I order it’s pick up and each time Im treated pretty well here. So I cannot crash them completely. The service as far as pick up goes is pretty good I cannot speak for the service for dine in. However the wings are just not what they use to be. So I will not be returning atleast to the Fayetteville. If I head to another one I’ll review that one too.

Keyonah was our server and she always is when we come in. We prefer her because she knows what we like and gives us fast and efficient service everytime. I never have to ask for a refill, am over charged, or dissatisfied when Keyonah is serving us. She really adds to the experience and if she left I would be devastated

I always get good service from Keyonah when I come in. She always refills my drink and checks on me often. Sometimes she forgets my silverware but she takes accountability and fixes the issue swiftly. She always provides a good conversation even when she is busy. One of my favorite hooter girls by far, really adds to my experience.

I would give it 0 stars if it would let me. Tonight was my first time ever visiting a hooters. We live an hour away and always wanted to try their food so tonight we said why not. The service as far as being seated was fast, the restaurant was clean, and our waitress was friendly. I ordered a water, onion rings, and a hurricane for starters. The onion rings were good, the drink was horrible. It tasted like grapefruit and just alcohol….no ice, no flavor! I took about 3 sips….left it on the table. I ordered 10 wings with medium sauce on the side hooter style, and a side salad. The salad and ranch were good….you can’t really mess up a salad. The wings tasted smoky and burnt but weren’t burnt. They had no flavor and were very soft on the inside. I ate two of them and all of my salad. I did let the waitress know she was great but the food was horrible. I still paid my tab of $45 dollars I didn’t want a discount and I didn’t take any leftovers. We went to cheddars afterwards. I don’t want any coupons or free food…I just wanted you to know the quality of your food tonight and your drinks in a place that had maybe 20 people at the time wasn’t good. We won’t be back
