Came here for game day when Duke was playing UNC and the atmosphere did not disappoint. The energy in the place was incredible — packed house, everyone locked into the game, and just an overall fun environment to watch one of the best rivalries in college basketball. If you’re looking for a lively spot on a big sports night, this is definitely it.
Food-wise, the burger was actually really good. It was cooked perfectly, juicy, and had great flavor. No complaints there at all. The only downside was the fries — they came out cold, which was a bit disappointing. If they had been hot and fresh, the meal would’ve been a lot better overall.
Still, the experience and game-day vibe made up for it. I’d come back, especially for another big matchup.

I am extremely upset and bothered by my recent visit to this hooters. I arrived with my wife & two children on this Sunday initially excited to have lunch/dinner at our favorite family restaurant. We arrived at 4:44pm and when we walked into the establishment we were told to seat ourselves and someone would be with us shortly. we sat close to the hosts stand and waited patiently to be helped. Time passed on and we were not helped. The person who instructed us to seat ourselves got up and left the establishment, im assuming on a lunch break & we sat there un-helped the entire time she was gone. A couple servers were helping their tables a just kept walking past us. We were offered no drinks or anything. my kids were stirring as they were so hungry. we finally left at 5:15 and will not be returning! We will never set foot in this establishment again! I hope their lunch breaks & lack of communication were worth it!

First, I’ve never had a waitress take my food before I’m even done. This place is very over priced for the quality and quantity. The size of the beans and cole slaw weren’t even big enough for a toddler to eat. Who chargers $1 for bbq sauce that should come with tenders. Done with this franchise.

Never thought a bar would have flat beer.
Had to send back a beer once, the 2nd one was just embarrassing that I just kept it and drank water.
I ordered the buffalo wings and it came without sauce.
I asked for additional sauce to make up for it and ended up getting charged an additional $1 for each sauce as well for the blue cheese. What on earth would a wings spot charges you for blue cheese when this comes with the wings everywhere else. The lady said they changed the wings and they started to charge extra for sauce.
While I dont mind paying extra, the waitress had to be flagged down for her to come to the table about 4x.
Poor customer services and poor food and drinks.
Stay away.

During a recent visit to this location I was not charged for the cyber promotion. I was charged the regular price, this was not corrected by the waitress, nor addressed by the manager. I’ve come to this location for some years and have not had any issues with service nor pricing. I’ve reached out via the FAQ and submitted all the proof to fix the issue, but it goes on deaf ears. I took the review as instructed by the owner and still waiting for this location to fix what they did wrong. A week later and nothing. Im editing my review, due to a response from the owner, I followed the advise that was posted by the owner to fix tge issue, and yet that was 3 weeks ago and no movement by this location. Perhaps they need my 40$ more than I do!

The chicken and shrimp was good. The curly fries were soggy but overall experience was good. The restaurant was smaller than other locations I’ve been to in the past. I ordered my food in the morning and scheduled a pickup by 7pm. When I got there at 7, the food wasn’t ready. So I waited for the food to be cooked.
I had a second visit and this time, ordered the Nachos which I liked very much, boneless chicken, chicken wings and fries. The fries were much better than last visit. However, the boneless chicken was heavily salted and very oily. Customer service was excellent. My waitress kept our cups refilled. Overall a good time.

We came in after a concert at 11pm- when we walked in, no one greeted us .. they all just looked at us like we were dumb. Ordered wings, came out wrong .. waitress never came back to even complain – also was charged for ranch bc apparently it’s not included when you order wings?? When the waitress finally did show up, she seemed super annoyed and uninterested. Wouldn’t come back

Hooters was just okay. The service wasn’t anything special — staff were friendly enough but not really attentive. The food was decent, nothing to complain about but nothing that stood out either. Overall, it’s fine.

The food was delicious! Our server was attentive and kept our drinks full. Me and my friends tried different flavors for the wings and you can’t go wrong with your choices. I wish I could remember which ones we specifically tried. I’ll be sure to make an update after our next visit.
