I need to give them 5 stars only because of Hannah- She is awesome! Second time at this location with a few of my friends, and she made sure we were comfortable. We sat in a booth and the sun began to come in she offered to move us without us even complaining since the sun was hitting our eyes. She moved our plates to a hightop for us- and she even got us a new sauce (her recommendation) to replace the buffalo that went so downhill on our wings. She’s funny, charming and laid back and truly wants the best for the customers. It wasn’t just special treatment for us – i could hear her treating every other table with respect. Definitely will be back to see her. Me and my friends time before wasn’t an awesome experience we had a waitress who totally forgot about us. So glad this place is turning around. We need more Hannahs!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue with my recent pickup order.
I originally ordered a 10-piece bone-in Garlic Parmesan wings order for pickup. Upon arriving home, I noticed the order was incorrect. I immediately contacted the restaurant and was advised to return, and I was assured that the order would be corrected. During that call, we clearly reviewed and confirmed that the corrected order would be a 10-piece Garlic Parmesan wing order.
When I returned to the restaurant a second time, I was given plain wings with no Garlic Parmesan sauce at all. After already making an extra trip and confirming the details, this was extremely frustrating and upsetting.

So I have been to many but this is the best by far, if you live or are in the area… come here. We were traveling and in the area for 3 days. Other “Sports Bars” couldn’t get their act together. You want 10 star service, food that was best in this concept and kindness across the board. It was no joke, because of the first day we came back 2 more times. Different hostess different bartenders different managers but same result! Excellence. Feel free to be amazed considering you may have an opinion about this brand. At the end it’s about if they al collectively care!!!

I remember when the food was really good. The wings used to be spectacular..when you go to a franchise, you expect it all to be the same. Consistent. I asked for medium spicy on the bone wings. They weren’t spicy at all. I want a blue cheese with it. It was watered down.. the drinks were good the atmosphere and Maddie was very presentable. Great location . Free parking lot.

The food and atmosphere at this location are consistently good but the customer service is outstanding. The staff and management are friendly, engaging and welcoming. I’ve yet to encounter a bad server but Mollee and Dejah on the bar make an especially great pairing and work well as a team so Saturday afternoons are a must visit! Also on the floor or the bar, Gretah is a delight and Madie is a dynamo / human karaoke machine. If you’re in the area and looking for good pub food and great service, I highly recommend stopping in.

I traveled all the way from Providence to this location just for the wings, which I believe are worth it. They are always on point! However, the service was absolutely terrible. I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life.
Julia F, who was serving us that night, did a terrible job and made us feel completely neglected. I had to remind her about my drinks twice. We asked for water, but never received it until we had finished our food—and only because we asked for it a third time. On top of that, she brought the wrong fries after multiple attempts at clarifying our order. Then, 35 minutes later, she returned and said, “They did not have regular fries that night.”
Throughout our visit, Julia spent most of her time talking with two gentlemen who seemed to be her friends or acquaintances. She was extremely distracted, and we even had to ask for the bill multiple times. Not to mention, I left hungry because it was impossible to get anything from her.
At the beginning, we were planning to leave at least an 18% tip, but by the end of the night, we decided to give no tip even when we felt bad about it, but her service was terrible. I’m not sure if this location caters more to the gentlemen, but I’m used to going to the Rhode Island location with family and friends, where the staff is always great and friendly.

Very happy with the food for starters . Waitresses are very attentive and the manger Rick actually saw me looking at him when I was talking with friends about his position. He was friendly as well . We like good service and friendly people . Thank you Rick and staff .

Me and few amigos decided to visit Hooters. We were greeted to a huge place with ample seating and about 25+ large screen tvs.
Our server jona seated us and was pleasant to talk to. We ordered drinks and sliders. The slider buns were well toasted and the beef was nicely done. While the chicken slider was nicely done, even mild was spicy for my liking. She offered us battered pickles with sauce on the house and they were hella amazing. 4 pitchers + 2 order of sliders + 1 fries was 110 bucks for 5 people which was pretty good. While we had to wait a while for our order, the end product was worth the wait.
While the place was dominated by men, we saw women too at the space eating along their friends
I wouldn’t mind coming to the place again with company and at an earlier time to see how it does when the palace is crowed..

I came here and Maddie was amazing as a server and bartender. She wears different hats and does it with a smile and phenomenal service. The wings were top notch and the tater tots were delicious. I highly recommend coming here…

I actually won a Hooters wing party giveaway and it was awesome! They hooked us up with a decorated section and the vibe was super fun. Our server Stacey was seriously the best — she made sure we had everything we needed and kept the whole day a 10/10 while we watched all the football games. Definitely made the experience way better than I expected. Huge thanks to Hooters, Rick, and Stacey for making this such a memorable day!
