Hoosier Eats and Treats catered an event that I attended. Many people remarked about the great food. I think many people that have attended catered meals can attest that chicken can often be dry or rubbery. I usually don’t eat it. THIS chicken was very tender and I didn’t bite into any fat or gristle. The cupcakes were to die for. It was affordable. I am so glad to know we have quality like this in Peru. Also, when I entered the caterer’s establishment, it was very clean.
