Great music venue, plenty of seating, table service is top notch. The whole staff seemed like they were having fun and were very attentive. Two dartboards, two pool tables , lots of seating inside. Good value on the food too, not overpriced.

I have visited this establishment several times in the past and have generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on 01/31/2026, did not meet the level service or atmosphere I have come to expect.
I typically visit when Sean Da Don is DJing, as he consistently demonstrates crowd awareness, cohesive music mixing, and professional customer interaction. On this occasion, DJ duties were handled by Robert Iowry, also known as DJ Webb, and the overall experience was disappointing.
Throughout the evening, the music selection was disjointed and lacked cohesion. While some strong club tracks were played, they were followed by songs that did not align with a typical club atmosphere (example: he played Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus, and NSYNC). This resulted in lack of energy on the dance floor, with about 2-3 people dancing for the night. The DJs encouraged guest multiple times to approach the booth with song requests. After doing so, I was told my request would be played shortly. Approximately eight songs had passed with no follow-up. A friend of mine then approached the booth to request the same song. Only then was it played. Notably, once the song was finally played, the dance floor filled immediately with over ten people dancing, and the energy in the room noticeably improved. Following this, the DJs began playing more music that aligned with the crowd’s preference.
I completely understand that DJs are not obligated to complete every request. However, if a request cannot be accommodated, it would be far more professional to communicate that directly rather than assuring a guest the song will be played and then failing to follow through. Clear and honest communication is a key part of customer service.
Additionally, the waiter service was below expectations. It took an extended period for our table to be acknowledged initially, and after that there were long gaps with no follow up. Servers passed our table while our drinks were empty without checking in or offering refills, which added to other overall dissatisfaction.
Overall this was one of the most disappointing experiences I have had at this establishment. I would not recommend visiting when DJ Webb is performing. I will personally only consider returning when Sean Da Don is DJing, as he consistently provides strong musical judgment, professional communication, and excellent customer service.
I believe Robert Iowry would benefit from additional customer service and crowd-reading training to better meet guest expectations.
Eventually there was another individual in the DJ booth with DJ Webb, but I cannot recall his name, he was the one actively in front of the mixing table when better songs began to play. I would like to say thank you to that individual for having better judgment of the crowd that night.

The waitress was so kind and her service was great but i have to rate service at one star due to the bartender. I don’t understand what or why he was so rude. he spoke in a condescending tone. I didn’t know if I should go take a seat or go to the bar I don’t frequent there. So I went up to the bar. Why was that an issue? I saw a post about bingo so went to have beer and play. I would never recommend anyone to this establishment because of the bartenders customer service. So rude!

Best bar in Yakima Valley hands down! You aren’t going to find a better place for fun, live entertainment, trivia/games, pool, and sports! And on top of that the food is outstanding with daily special, and drinks are great with the best Happy Hour in the Valley!!! You aren’t going to find any better services from the cooks, bartenders, servers and owners!! On top of it all, the atmosphere and service for the Mariners playoff games was bar none the best I have ever experienced!!! Thank you Hoops!!!

Has the most horrible experience on my vist 01/31/2026. The DJ was not DJing and the overall atmosphere was whack. Once the Spanish started playing the vibes were better but the overall experince was still disappointing.
