When you’re at Hooligans you are home. They treat everyone with kindness and respect. The food is out of this world, my favorite is the Shepards Pie. They even rent out their back room for events so my fantasy football league drafts there and it’s always a 10/10 experience. From top to bottom the entire staff is class and they have kick ass music on the weekends on their stage. Definitely a must try for the Yuba-Sutter area.

We had a party of three, with three different meals ordered, and each of us loved what we ate. Shepherd’s Pie, Bangers and Mash, and Tri-tip with fries were all very good! Can’t wait to get back there.

Overall a great restaurant! Food was fantastic – fish and chips were fresh, Sheperds pie was delicious and the burgers were solid. The server we had was very attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend!! Also they have karaoke!

If you’re in town, you have to give this place a try. One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. And their other food is great too. They have friendly staff, great drinks, and an entertainment venue.

I’ve never been disappointed here, everything is amazing. I typically get the fish and chips but have ordered takeaway many times and the Sheppards pie is incredible as well always piping hot and perfectly seasoned. Thank you all for your hard work and incredible service.

The food was fantastic during our first visit! We had the fish and chips and the BBQ chicken wrap—both were delicious! We stayed for their Friday night event, Emo Night, which had a club-like atmosphere that’s new and welcome in Yuba City. It was an absolute blast, the drinks were reasonably priced, and we’re thrilled to have this kind of vibe in downtown Yuba City!

Amazing atmosphere, extremely clean and well put together. The food, drinks and service were all phenomenal (I personally ordered a Green Tea Cocktail and the Bangers and Mash and left full and satisfied). Being able to be a part of the grand opening and ribbon cutting was a fun experience. I’m excited to see how well the restaurant does in years to come, and can’t wait to see all of the live music and other events to come. Great job Paulie, Kevin and Hooligans crew.
