I frequently purchase food from here for myself and family members. Today the food was good but shrimp was missing from my order. When calling to make them aware of the issue I was given the 3rd degree. I advised I lived so distance from the establishment and wasn’t coming back out for the night. Wasn’t given an option to pick up another day. I ve never had an issue before but the worst customer service given to a patron the frequently comes to patronize your business. Please address this issue. Others please check your food before you leave cause you be pay for food you order but not received.

I was in town visiting and glad I stopped here. The catfish was some of the best fried catfish I’ve ever had! And the seasoning they put on it sealed the deal! Good pricing! And they give you a good amount of food. Anytime I come to Fitzgerald I’m coming straight here.

Great wings. Horrible livers and gizzards…. they were fried until they felt like dried out sponges and had to throw most of it out. Fries were ok. Powdered lemon pepper seasoning is great. Food was cooked fresh.

Tuesday 6/4/24 at 2:30pm. Spent 60 dollars and livers and gizzards were cooked so hard you could not eat them, oysters were dried up from cooking too long. Chicken strips were decent and fries were good.

The first time I got a plate of fried livers from here, they were crispy and delicious. The next time I went I was highly disappointed. The livers were not crispy and we’re still pink in the middle. The few pieces of fried shrimp I got weren’t done either. They need to put timers on their fried foods. Needless to say, I won’t have an appetite for fried livers for awhile. I’m upset because I didn’t know where I could find them afters Carter’s Fried Chicken closed. We live quite a few miles out and wasn’t able to go back. I’m done.
