The first time I got a plate of fried livers from here, they were crispy and delicious. The next time I went I was highly disappointed. The livers were not crispy and we’re still pink in the middle. The few pieces of fried shrimp I got weren’t done either. They need to put timers on their fried foods. Needless to say, I won’t have an appetite for fried livers for awhile. I’m upset because I didn’t know where I could find them afters Carter’s Fried Chicken closed. We live quite a few miles out and wasn’t able to go back. I’m done.

First time there I noticed that they had to much going on without hand washing the cashier and the one bagging the food never wash their hands or used the sanitizer when handling money or the phone, please pay attention to that for your safety and your customers, but the food were delicious and freshly cooked, I will recommend it ,

Flounder, Shrimp, Hushpuppies, Fries, Coleslaw, and Banana Pudding…Sooooo Delicious!!! Put their seasoning and hot sauce on it, Done! I highly recommend Hooks. Portions are perfect and price is just right. Truckers, bobtail will fit in parking lot, trailer attached..I’d park across the street by Burger King and Sonic and walk over.

Well I use to go here all the time .but I probably won’t anymore taking my money eating food on the job .not washing hand or using sanatiz after eating food or taking money. I ask for 1 more tarter sauce and they said I have to charged you for it I said I got 2 fish and shrimp I said I allway get 2 tarter and 2 cocktail she said only 1 each unless you pay for more.and I said the 2 Oz cups are have full .that sad to lose a family that come alot over this but you need see about washing hand and taking money and eating food with dirty hand I just the owner to what going on.tyvm rich

Sometimes I forget we have this place in Fitzgerald. We always get the liver and gizzards. They are fried fresh and always taste great. The service is as quick as it can be considering they have to cook your order. They are friendly and responsive in the drive thru.
