The food here was amazing!!! The clam chowder was loaded with clams! The frog legs were delicious! My mother in n law raved about the sampler player. The seasoning on the fries was incredible. Now the fish tacos were out of this world!!!!!!!

everything was really good & fresh! their fries are the best in louisville. fried mushrooms & coleslaw were great. beware the hush puppies are actually jalapeño hush puppies (which it doesn’t mention on the menu) and are spicy. the waitress was very sweet and helpful with answering our questions 🙂

Food was delicious and our waitress was so nice and helpful. I had the three fish tacos plate and it did not disappoint! I appreciate that you can get your fish baked or blackened instead of just fried. My friend had the fried shrimp and loved them. I cannot wait to go back!

Went in on a Lent Friday, it was packed but since we were just 2 got a table quickly. Service staff still getting their routine down, but we we’re attended to. Good beer and wine selection, but the fish is what it’s about. The fried fish (cod) had a yummy pepper coating. Crispy and we’ll cooked. The people next to us had fish tacos and they looked super. Reasonble prices, good place to go for fish.

Stumbled on this place looking for good fish and chips driving down Frankfort Ave, it was a great find! We ordered the mushrooms, and two fish platters. They serve most foods on a wrap made to look like newspapers, which I.fell in love with!!!
The mushrooms were wonderful, but the fish was outstanding ! Flaky, hot, full of flavor! The platters are huge, big enough to split between two hungry people!
It doesn’t have a huge menu, but if you do a great job on food, it doesn’t matter! The service was wonderful also. WE WILL BE BACK!!

First time here, I had the Fish Nuggets Plate, Mom had Frog Legs and Bro had sampler. The hush puppies were cooked fine, a little under cooked in middle seemed to be due to mix of items in them. Jalapeños, high temp cheese cubes and looked like onion. Fish Nuggets were tiny, but there were a bunch of them. Fries were crisp lacking seasoning, but overall decent. Frog legs were said to be ok, “swampy” taste bit over done. Also neither of use liked the Cole Slaw it was dull and sour taste. Sampler seemed to go over well. Cod fish was nicely cooked. It was decent outing, dimly lit good on the eyes and if it matters there was Country music playing just in case it would bother anyone.

Food portions are large. I couldn’t eat my whole piece of fish. I thought the fish tasted really good but I didn’t really like the hush puppies(thought they were burnt but doughy). The green beans were good. Also, ordered loaded fries and didn’t really think they had that much flavor. Overall glad I tried it. Our waitress was just okay not rude but not friendly

Shrimp taco plate. Best shrimp tacos I’ve had in a while. This place has its own twist on flavors. There’s nothing I can compare, too. It’s worth trying, folks! Can’t wait to go back and great service as well.
