Just had the worst customer service experience ever! The only person in the building serving us was on a personal call the entire time and never stopped to speak to us. I have never been here before and I had questions and she could not be bothered to stop her PERSONAL call to help me out. At first I thought she was taking a phone order but after hearing “baby mama” a few times I was really disappointed to get absolutely no service. I ordered a basic tea, which taste good, but I would have liked to try the signature teas but could get no services out of her for information.
