I got the Salmon Protein Rice Bowl and it was phenomenal!!! Good thing I’m in town another week so I can try more of their dishes. Im my experience most bowls ya get elsewhere never have enough food…well that’s not the case here…Ill be back Monday!!

Finally a healthy option in Milton, FL! Super yummy! I got the Chicken Protein Bowl. I love the mixed vegetables and the sauce. It comes with brown rice and quinoa as the base. I’m not a big fan of quinoa and forgot to ask for none, but I can’t even tell! I wouldn’t change a thing, and I’ll be back.
I ordered via the window, sat in my car, and a lady brought it out to me. Ready in 10 minutes, looked and tasted fresh.

Absolutely amazing and tasteful food! There’s nothing like trying a new food place & having a great experience. I ordered the BBQ Smoked Salmon sandwich(which was my favorite, it was delicious), a Chicken Protein Bowl, Steak Tacos, and also some Chicken Tacos. Everything tasted really good and was full of flavor.

This is a small, local business that, from the Google reviews, is fairly new. They are doing a knock-it-out-of-the-park job and totally deserve our support. The older gentleman working the window had a retired military shirt on. You can tell the lady / chef / owner takes pride in the product she delivers. (I believe her name is Christian.)
I moved here for school and have really struggled to find healthy eat-out options in Milton. I have wanted to try Hooked and Flavored since finding it about a week ago. It closes early (1100-1730 hrs Tue-Fri, 1300-1730 Sat). I finally got there today for a late-lunch/early-dinner.
It is takeout only from a walkup window, prepared fresh when you order it, and it takes a little less than 10 minutes. If you can’t or don’t want to wait, their menu says you can order online or call ahead too.
I got a chicken protein bowl and was very impressed. The flavor was amazing… and it’s healthy stuff you can tell was cooked from scratch. It was also plenty of food and very filling.
I had to call and tell them my bowl was amazing. Thank you Christian for providing Milton a delicious, healthy restaurant option.
And even if you aren’t looking to get “healthy” per se, you’ll still love it. So packed with flavor, you’ll enjoy every bite. I’ll definitely be back, probably a couple times a week, schedule permitting.

First experience with this establishment and must say it is amazing! I got the Salmon Taco and it was so good and full of flavor. My wife got the Chicken taco and absolutely loved it. Even my 10 year old wanted to take my wife’s taco it was so good and she is a picky eater. We called ahead and it was ready when we got there 15 minutes later. We will be back!

My and my husband’s favorite lunch spot in town! We eat there at least once a week. Always super good, super fresh. Very consistent. The people are super friendly too. So glad we finally have something like this in Milton.

Wow!! This place is excellent! Had the brown rice quinoa bowl with lentils and veggies and it was perfect. It’s not easy to find healthy, energizing lunch food in Milton. This is my new go to when I’m over here.

Ohh geeze! Where do I start? Every part of the experience at this facility was top notch. I hit Google maps looking for something different for lunch and had to call to make sure they were open. Working on Stewart St, I had no clue this place existed. A very friendly woman answered and gave me a quick rundown of the food they offered… “say no more, I’m on my way” She offered to get anything started to save me some time. Very down to earth, “cool beans” she told me. The building is small and is a order and pick up window. Ordering was easy, and she even delivered it to me while I waited in my truck.
Ok… the part you care about, the food.
Absolutely delicious. I had ordered steak tacos and salmon tacos. Very reasonably priced at $23 for 6 healthy sized tacos. I ate 2 and was just enough to hit spot. Salmon and steak was cooked perfectly. Tacos had a nice crisp exterior. If you knew me, I can knit pick some food to death and these were down right amazing. The other 2 people I fed for $23, agreed. We will all be visiting Hook and Flavored more frequently.
