Hookah House Lounge & Café is hands-down one of the best spots around. The atmosphere is chill yet energetic, making it perfect whether you’re hanging out with friends or just want to unwind after a long day. The hookah quality is excellent — smooth, flavorful, and always packed right. The staff here truly know what they’re doing and take care of you every time.
Their service is fast and friendly, and the place is always clean and comfortable with great music and lighting that set the perfect mood. I’ve been to plenty of hookah lounges, but none match the consistency, hospitality, and overall vibe here.
If you want good smoke, good food, and good energy — this is the place.

I liked this place! It’s BYOB, good vibes, it’s cute inside, and the hookah is good I can actually toast the flavor. The staff is super friendly and attentive. It wasn’t a big crowd but I really enjoyed it, visiting from out of town, I would recommend them for sure! I didn’t get any food.

Watch out for the waitresses. I asked to Apple Pay. They charge $24 for BYOB. Fine. But the waitress never Ben gave me a chance to tip. On 2 people apparently you pay a $20 tip fee too! She literally never let me have a chance to put in the tip and digitally added a $20 tip.

Vibes are good but the place was dead on a Friday night. Staff comes around regularly and checks in on you. Overall solid experience. Big issue with the 20% service fee thrown on at the end though. Pretty sure it’s not listed anywhere on the menu either.
I would suggest it for a large gathering, but for a small group, not so much.

Best hookah lounge in Allen. Food is amazing and hookah another level. Tony amazing person, he always make sure everything is good and always want to give you best service. I love the place and for sure I will definitely come back again.

Super expensive for no reason, expect to pay $150 – $200 if you go to a party on weekends, the hookah is $30 for what? I ordered a Beef Kabob plate with hummus, guess what! The kabob is the same frozen kabob you buy from the grocery mediterranean store!!!!
They need to work on lowering their prices and increasing the quality of the food ASAP!

Allen Hookah House, also known as House of Hookah (previously called 24D), is one of my favorite spots in the Dallas area. The owner, Tony, is incredibly nice and friendly and both the hookah and food are top-notch. The people here are always welcoming and I love the overall vibe of the place. They host Bollywood nights on Friday and Saturday nights, which are always lively and fun. Sometimes I just randomly drop by to chill with friends or family. It’s a great place to hang out highly recommended!!
