Just opened recently , went on a Monday around 6. Hardly any people, place was clean and food was great!. I got the all u can get and it was all good. There chicken wings are great as well. Fresh food and fresh oil made it a must go back for me!!

I love it here, hush puppies & crab bites are my favorite! Also the crab fries are amazing! If you like sea food boils this is your spot! If you don’t eat sea food they also have chicken tenders & a chicken PO’ BOY that includes French fries. They also have a kids menu (kids meal comes with free drinks for the little ones.) the staffs are very friendly, not to mention the best bartenders that will hook up your drinks ask about the opening specials

So glad they opened one of these close to home. We went in today and had awesome service and the food was excellent!!! Our server recommended upgrading our lobster tail to a whole lobster and it was definitely worth it. Can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I went here on a date night which we rarely get and had been looking forward to it all weekend. Walked in and I personally was impressed with the way the place looked and smelled, especially after how many failed restaurants have been in this same spot previously. We were greeted by a hostess and taken to our table where we then sat for thirty minutes without being even greeted by a waitress/server, or brought water or asked for drinks. The people in the booth directly behind us were finishing their meal and had a waitress come to them 3+ times in the time we sat there with nothing.

So I’m disappointed. I tried the hook and reel on dix and I don’t know if the owners are different but the food tastes nothing like the location on telegraph. The food is just completely different. Different products different seasonings different prep. I spent a lot of money tonight and I’m not happy with how the food tastes at all. If you want the real hook and reel don’t go to the dix location. Other than that the staff was super nice place was clean. And the ramen bowls look bomb. But very disappointed with the seafood section.
