Sarah has a really good service. Food is good, regular poke bowl slightly too spicy for someone who don’t eat spicy at all. But overall the experience here is really good.

The garlic wings are amazing and crispy! I had their ramen combo and it was delicious! They put gold on mine and it was such a lovely touch. My server Sarah was the nicest. Wait time was very good and reasonable.

I came here for dinner and by far the worst seafood boil I have ever had. 1sf off when we arrived the waiter Nicky took our order me and my husband got the same thing his came out after waiting an additional 15 mins Nick came over just to make sure all was well my husband told him that we were still waiting on my order. He looked surprised. He said that he put in two orders, but the kitchen only saw one order I personally felt as though he made the error and only added it one time bc he was in a rush to take our order by the time that the food came out, the corn just tasted like leftover corn the seafood boil didn’t taste fresh. They bought out a new set of corn n still the same. At that point I was turned off and didn’t want anything. The manager came over apologized N offered free dessert like seriously. Hook and Reel Cajun Seafood and Kinya Ramen shares the same space which was a bit confusing at first. I actually came in looking for the ramen but ordered the crawfish boil for my kids to try out. We only got 5 crawfish (for 1/2 lb order) and the taste was very mild. Definitely not the same as the ones in Louisiana but I am glad that it is even available in New York. On the plus side, the restaurant provides disposable gloves and bibs to keep everything tidy.

Went to the store by seeing PoBoys on the online menu. But once I was seated, it changed by my view towards the store. The store offers both seafood and ramen food which is not that common. Any one who doesn’t like Ramen and Asian food, they can go for poboys or basket items.
