By far my all-time favorite dining experience. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is generally very welcoming; whether you come dining here with others or by yourself. The seafood is top quality, happy hour and DJ nights are a good and fun way to have a bit of fun, and some of the more pricey items are worth the price. I’m also glad they’re starting to do dessert items, and hopefully they continue to do so, as that was the main thing this place lacked for me. The only negative I have is that I believe the tin of napkins should already be on the table and you shouldn’t have to ask for them (considering how messy some food can get). But besides that, you have to come here when you got the time and money. You won’t regret it.

As soon as I walked in our server Letrice was very welcoming and comforting. I enjoyed my time here and the service, music was a plus. She had a great smile and a friendly demeanor. I would definitely come back but only if she is my server. Keep her around !! And possibly pay her double ! Good times , great food

This was definitely worth writing a review for. I really appreciate not only her service, but the entire staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. The food was everything I wanted & expected. I come here all the time—I’m a regular—and Shawn and Cindy always show love. They’re very attentive, professional, and honestly the best bartenders. I really enjoy coming here, spending my money, and having a good time.
However, I came in this Tuesday (01/20) and Shawn wasn’t here. I overheard the manager or owner, Alfred, talking about workers getting fired. I felt that was unprofessional to discuss in front of customers. I don’t know what kind of business y’all are trying to run, but that didn’t sit right with me.
I love this place, which is why I’m saying something. I hope y’all check that out.

I had the pleasure of dining at Hook & Reel recently, and our experience was made truly exceptional thanks to our server, Chayanne. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us warmly and made us feel completely welcome. She was attentive without ever being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask.
Service like this is rare, and it elevated our entire dining experience. Chayanne went above and beyond, and I would absolutely return to this restaurant knowing that we’d be in such great hands again. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit—you won’t be disappointed!

I very rarely give a five but on this day all was excellent. The owner Ella, was very kind and attentive if we needed anything. Thank you !

This location is great! My waitress was awesome. Always smiling and knowledgeable of the menu. She definitely helped me pick a sauce for my boil. I had two cluster of crab legs n half pound shrimp. That sauce was everything! The shrimp was nice n big not all small n skimp .
