This is now Hooper’s Judge. We had a cocktail and split a Shepard’s Pie. The food was good. It’s beautifully decorated. The only minor complaint is that our server was cold. Not at all unprofessional but not friendly. We just felt like she didn’t want to be there.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. When calling in my order I was given the opportunity to text it in so I did just that. I was given a wait time of 45 minutes and I showed up 40 minutes later. The food was sitting on top of the oven, no problem yet. But when I went to eat it out was at best lukewarm. And that will impact the enjoyment of the pizza and this review. The meatballs were OK. They are not simmered in the sauce but baked and the sauce is put on them for serving. Gives a whole different, and in my opinion not as good flavor. The pizza is a thin crust but because it had cooled down was a tough chewy crust. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 6.9.

Can’t believe it took me this long to try this place and it’s 4 minutes up the road. Calzone was UNREAL good. My wife got the best chicken wings I’ve ever had, and I don’t even like chicken wings. Can’t wait to try the pizza.
Only requests would be a small version of the calzone, it was a lot of calzone for the money but would love a small size to pair with a salad, so I wouldn’t feel so guilty about eating a huge calzone. Or a low carb dough option would be incredible.

We are visiting the area for a few days and decided to get pizza for dinner. We ordered carry out, and the pizza is very good. My husband ordered a pizza which he thought wouldn’t have cheese on it. I called the shop to explain the situation (he cannot have cheese due to a medical issue). They nicely delivered a different pizza without cheese. I will say this is very exceptional customer service and the staff at Cohasset went above and beyond to accommodate our issue. Thank you!

Pros: Soft, chewy, slightly sweet pizza crust with high quality sauce. Crust is thin and simultaneously burnt (in a good way) and a tad underdone (in a good way), so if that’s not your thing, seek pizza elsewhere! Tomatoes in the greek salad were actually flavorful. Cashier was friendly and brought our pizza outside where we were sitting. Bathroom is shared with the pub next door. We were serenaded by the nearby church carillon as we ate.
Cons: Only one table inside the pizza place for seating. There are a few tables outside shared by the pub for when the weather is nice. This is mostly a take-out and delivery joint. This wasn’t an issue for us, since the weather was super nice when we visited, but it wasn’t clear from the restaurant listing that it wasn’t a sit-down place.
This is by far the best pizza you’ll get on the south shore.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had ! Up there with NY and even actual places in Italy! A little expensive but great pizzas. Place can lag behind on orders when busy. Also recommend their slices which while expensive are really at least two traditional slices big in size.

Never received my order, had to wait an hour and a half to find out it wasn’t coming and it was from the third party I ordered from. Tried calling three times but no answer. Food is really good but last time took over 2 hours and I gave them a break, but at least I got my food that time.
Update: Called up and getting my food tonight. Food is great and if you can pickup i recommend, otherwise I don’t recommend using Slice to order delivery. Call instead.
