This is a take out place. Couple tables but I’ve never seen anyone dine in. Food is amazing and always very hot. Everyone has always been very friendly. I’m not from this area and only around once or twice a year for work but I always make a point of stopping in. It’s that good. Wish the dining area was a little cleaner but kitchen looks clean and it’s not a dine in place anyway.

This is by far one of my favorite places to purchase chicken wings, but this go round was horrible! The skin on the chicken was soggy, and the fries undercooked. The staff is always pleasant. Unfortunately the cook this evening wasn’t on his A game.

If i could give 0 stars i would . I door dashed a meal that was 42 bucks and when I received my order it was Wrong and the receipt said a different name . The food i ordered was for my kids and the order i got was hot wings. So i went in person for the man and woman at the counter Arabic descent to smirk at me and say that’s not our problem call doordash . I have worked in customer service and been a general manager for 10 years and even though i brought the food back 20 wings that my kids wouldn’t eat i understood my order got switched around and it was On doordash . Howverr the way you go about things in an establishment isn’t “ that’s not our problem “ i am disgusted . & the only reason i described their race in hopes that maybe they’ll at the very least check themselves . Mistakes happen and i understand that but being kind goes a long way . I’m still shocked i was treated that way . I will never order from there again and i know they don’t care but im writing this review in hopes to maybe save someone else .

The food was fresh and delicious. I went to a location in Pittsburgh, and I never thought that I would find another one as good as them. The young gentleman who waited on me was very polite and professional. I will return soon while I’m here for an assignment.

There is a Hook’s closer to my home than this one, but this Woodlawn store is far superior to the one near me. The staff was friendly and attentive, my larger order was finished in record time, and my chicken was fresh and piping hot; so hot, in fact, it was difficult to carry to my car! The chicken was fried to perfection and the fries were crispy. I will make sure to visit this Woodlawn store whenever I am close by!

Order was wrong; asked for raw onion, tomato and pickles on a chicken sandwich. Got cooked onion, peppers. Fries were good. Just keep an eye on the food because they don’t seem to remember very far back – keep it shorter than 5 seconds.

the peach cobbler looked more like my moms stew was left in the fridge for a month, and looked like they had put meat inside of it. It tasted like pumpkin pie. The banana pudding was better, but could be a little more flavorful. The fries were soggy and unsalted.
