I love the decor and vibe of this restaurant. I entered through the Honor Wines and Spirits, as I walked right past the front door. I asked to be seated and they directed me to check in at the front, where no staff were located. I waited a few minutes until the person who I initially asked for a seat finally sat me at the bar.
My server didnt seem very friendly and I waited several minutes until any of the five staff acknowledged me or took my order. Finally, I put in my order for the chicken sandwich and a side of fries.
To the chefs’ credit, the food came out in less than ten minutes. The chicken sandwich was incredible, notably the soft and flavorful bun along with the kale and dressing that add to it. The fries were slightly overcooked but still fairly tasty, but they are overpriced for $10 and the small amount of fries in the order. I’d give the chicken sandwich a 5/5, but the fries 3/5. Service would also receive a 3/5. The server was much friendlier to the other party, a white couple, that were seated next to me five minutes after I sat down, so I felt like I had a different dining experience.
I will return for the chicken sandwich, though I will probably order to go. The parking situation sucks – they do have valet, but not worth the price. There is some 2 hour parking available, but it’s about a 10-15 walk to the restaurant. Most of the surrounding parking spots have a 1 hour time limit so not enough time to dine at the restaurant.
The restaurant does get quite busy, especially during peak hours, but the energy of the place adds to the experience. The staff are efficient and friendly, which makes the wait more bearable if you have to wait for a table.
One small suggestion would be to offer buns without sesame seeds in the future, as it would make the burgers more accessible to those with allergies or preferences. That said, the quality of the food and the excellent service keep me coming back.
The atmosphere at The Honor Bar is simply captivating — warm, stylish, and perfectly in tune with the Beverly Hills vibe. The space is beautifully designed, with a refined aesthetic that makes you want to linger and enjoy every moment.
The food was outstanding. We tried the burger and the sushi — both were absolutely delicious and well-crafted. The signature cocktail was a highlight as well — creative, flavorful, and expertly made.
The staff was exceptional: incredibly polite, attentive, and professional, adding to the overall positive experience.
I truly can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique spot to enjoy great food and drinks in the heart of Beverly Hills.
