To be fair, food was decent. Kalbi tacos were on-point. Using cabbage instead of lettuce was refreshing and it added an extra layer of crunch. It was very savory and delicious. However, wish I could say the same about the pork burrito. The rice was over-seasoned and it completely threw off the balance among the ingredients. I ended up tossing it out at halfway.

Now, the service… I stepped up to the counter, ready to order. The lady at the counter did not even bother to look up, while her eyes were fixated on her phone. I even stood there for a few, waiting to be acknowledged. I was the only customer so the store was nowhere near busy. When I finally asked if I could place my order, she frowned and looked up. I had originally ordered a bulgogi burrito instead of pork. She provided a canned response saying they ran out. Without asking for any alternatives, she said to insert my card in the card reader for the tacos only. Then I asked if pork burrito was available, to which she sighed and frowned. Without saying a word, she had inputted pork burrito into the system and just stood there without asking me to insert my card into the card reader.

Little customs and courtesy goes a long way in the service industry. The surrouding venues to include burger, ramen, and Japanese food stands seemed extremely friendly and energetic. I won’t be so quick to make a return trip anytime soon.

Outstanding tacos. I had the bulgogi trio and the Baja fish taco and was beyond happy with both of them. Additionally, I had a fried pancake called a hotteok that was perfectly sweet and had a nice texture to it.

I saw good review and stop by here to try their chicken teriyaki. The lady is not friendly and my food look so plain. The chicken teriyaki is the worse I ever had . No flavor but super salty . Please don’t waste your money to come here for chicken teriyaki is the. Not sure how is their taco tho .

I went here with my mum we both ordered the Carne Asada burrito. I ordered the mild and she had the spicy. The burrito had a nice flavour but it was served very cold, would have been delicious if it was served much hotter. Additionally, the mild was actually quite spicy and my mum said the spicy was very spicy so something to keep in mind. The ladies serving were not very friendly but the service was quick.

Had a steak quesadilla. It was spectacular.

One doesn’t necessarily come to Hawaii to have Mexican food, but the food smelled good so I wanted to give it a try. I wasn’t disappointed.

Sauces were delicious and the steak was on point – just like what you’d expect on the mainland.

Not quite sure what the issue was with the cashier, however. She seemed to have quite a bit of attitude and was quite off putting, especially when everyone else in this food court was super friendly. Sorry for bothering you when I ordered the food.

We are staying at the Romer in Waikiki, and this small area with restaurants was near by.
I ordered some #3 carnitas tacos the first night and came almost every night to get more.

They were so delicious with the salsas and pico de gallo.

Friendly staff as well.
Loved it. You can eat there everyday!

Great Korean/Mexican food. Among us we got all 6 kinds of tacos and they were great. Note, they will warn you that the red salsa has a kick, but it’s not bad at all.

Got tacos to celebrate taco Tuesday, including the chicken teriyaki, baja fish, kabri, and street steak tacos. They were all so good and super fresh. My favorite was the baja fish taco!

It’s a little hard to find. You have to look inside a little food court right up the street. Once you get inside, it’s bright and everybody’s friendly and the food looks delicious. The Baja fish tacos and chicken teriyaki tacos were excellent.
