The best part about this place is that it opens at 6am and the service is great! I was impressed with their espresso drinks – both latte and cappuccino were excellent.

Recommend for ordering: quiche with veggies and almond croissant or blueberry scone.

And don’t forget the view while you’re enjoying your morning coffee! The views are just breathtaking.

Honolulu Coffee inside the Grand Hyatt Kauai is the perfect way to start your morning in paradise. The cold brew was excellent, smooth, and refreshing—exactly what you’d hope for in a high-quality Hawaiian coffee. Their acai bowls were solid, packed with fresh fruit, crunchy granola, and just the right balance of flavors.

Beyond the food and drinks, the oceanfront setting makes for an unbeatable experience. Sitting outside with a great coffee and a nutrient-packed bowl while overlooking the palm trees and blue waters? Absolute perfection. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick but satisfying breakfast or mid-day pick-me-up while staying at the Grand Hyatt!

Actually not bad prices for a resort cafe but I wasn’t impressed with the matcha I had. The AÇAÍ bowl I had was flavorful though and would get another one. For not having to leave the resort I recommend the cafe for breakfast.

Inside the Grand Hyatt is this coffee/smoothie/açaí bar. This place has great service and good coffee/smoothies, but the highlight is definitely the view overlooking ocean and behind you is a mini man made rainforest inside the Grand Hyatt with parrots and other birds. Wonderful place to watch sunrise. WiFi accessible

Beautiful terrace to watch the sunrise. That was the best part. Coffee was very underwhelming and staff was incredibly rude and standoffish. Went here because it was in our hotel but will hit up many other local spots while here the next week.

Good matcha, breakfast burrito is surprisingly good. Views are lovely in the morning. A bit pricey, but it’s a resort

$7 small drip coffee, $15 breakfast burritos. If it was tasty then maybe, but it wasn’t. Bagel was rubbery and they ran out of half and half at the opening (second customer in line).

For $40 we bought 3 coffees and 3 pastries: an almond croissant, a plain croissant, and a blueberry muffin. Two of the coffees were plain drip coffees. The blueberry muffin had a scant amount of blueberries on the outside and none on the inside. The croissant was bready and not flaky. Definitely not up to par with the previous occupants.

Mediocre coffee. Bad breakfast options. Sandwich was bland. Açaí bowl was the worst one we had on the island. Pretty disappointing given the price (and how convenient it is while staying at the GH)
