Open atmosphere restaurant with fast service and relatively good food.
The service was very kind and friendly. The food we ordered came out hot and tasted good (we ordered lo mein and fried rice).
I would state though that there needs to be a deep clean of the condiments such as the soy sauce and salt and pepper. Our table had a grime on all the bottles and the salt bottle was dirty.
We would be back again if we are in the area again.

Chicken Hibachi, Shrimp and Steak Hibachi, General Tso and Seasme seed. Great Service and food. Thanks to the Chef also the food was GREAT. Price 67.50$ plus took leftovers home.

food was AMAZING!! i have never had ramen as perfect and good as this. i 100% recommend this place to everybody. its got a huge menu full of great things. the service is also amazing! they’re very consistent with checking up and making sure you’re good! such sweet people, they know how to pick their employees. love this place and definitely coming back again.

It’s hard to find good Ramen in Tennessee. I tried the curry Ramen and it was definitely really good. The Egg was marinated perfectly.
Hopefully in the future they add more ramen choices like maybe a Red spicy ramen. I wasn’t a fan of the booths the tables are to tall and the chairs are to short. All in all a great experience.

Chinese/thai hidden gem in oak ridge! We are always looking for good Chinese food and this place definitely hit the mark! Service was great, restaurant, was clean, and food was really good! Everything we ordered we would order again. Only complaint was the eggrolls were a little spendy for the size but good. We got chicken lo mein, orange chicken, pork eggroll, crab rangoons, and pork dumpling. I would like to come back and try the ramen! Highly recommend trying this place out!!

Enjoyed a great meal on a very busy night. Food was excellent as was the prompt service. The “Seinfeld party of four” I was with all found their food to be served quickly, hot and fresh. All around a great experience.

Just visited Hong’s for the first time tonight. The wife had a combo of Chicken and Broccoli + General Tso’s Chicken and a Spring Roll. She said it was all delicious. I had Hibachi Steak and Shrimp, and a couple of egg rolls.. which was all phenomenal.
The great food, along with the fast and incredibly friendly service by our server, Leah made this visit the first of many to come in the future.
I can’t recommend Hong’s highly enough. We will be back!

I have been eating here for a couple years. It WAS excellent. It’s now mediocre at best. I was told it has “changed hands” or was “under new management.” Ever since, the food is cold and they don’t fill your draft beer to the top of the glass. It was good while it lasted. I won’t be eating here again.
