i got orange flavored beef and my girlfriend got moo shu chicken, the beef wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible had a good orange flavor will say. especially for never having it before, my girlfriend said hers wasn’t that good but liked the texture of the chicken (minus some points because she said she found a hair) the rice is very plain i got beef fried rice and girlfriend got plain rice the rice for both was very plain and not a lot of seasoning , we also got crab ragoons which the dough was very undercooked and the filling wasn’t bad but gf said she didn’t taste crab

This is my go to place when I want to order Chinese food in Lanoka Harbor. The staff are always pleasant. They take orders via phone and can pay and leave tip ahead of delivery. Love the Chicken with Broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and General Tsos chicken. Prices are always reasonable.

We have been enjoying Hong Yun for about 18 years and they have been consistently excellent all along. The people are friendly and accomodate any requests. The food is top notch. Delivery is always on time. Pick up is easy. All around excellent. Will always choose Hong Yun first when ordering Chinese!

Really not a good representation of high quality food. Both the fried rice and lo mein were terrible and inedible. Broccoli in the dishes was soggy and mush. Would not go back.

It’s been approximately 20 years of ordering from this restaurant. I can only count once or twice that I didn’t like the food I ordered but tonite was a real disappointment. I ordered Beef Lo Mein. Well the beef was all pieces of fat!!! How can they sell this? I will never order this again. Also a suggestion , the noodles should be less cooked. They r too soft and mushy.

Me and my girlfriend ordered 2 jumbo sweet sours and some small orders of food and added it up to 34 and they dropped of only one sumbo and order was 54 dollars,me and my girlfriend aren’t going there any more it cast almost 100 dolars and they lie about the price ,and you can’t understand what the lady that answers the phone says a she gets the order wrong so the customer has the disadvantage.i don’t recommend this to anyone.

feel it’s THE BEST CHINESE TAKE-OUT!! I’ve even had relatives come oven from North Jersey, & they’ve said Hong Yun food is delicious, the best they’ve ever had & better than what they have near home.

– To date, food has NEVER gotten her cold.

Only have 1 star because u can’t leave a review with no stars. Recently ordered and the pork lo mein was bad from the minute u opened the container it had a sour smell. Called the resturant and communication was difficult explaining that the food was bad. The girl on the phone was difficult will never order from here ever again. Problem with the bad food was never resolved..
