Hands down amongst the best food in the metro. Best egg rolls in the Twin Cities (yes, including the ones at the state fair. Not even close.) Everything I’ve had here is excellent. I recommend the egg rolls, cream cheese wontons, pork gyoza, Panang Curry, and Sweet Green Curry. Out of this world incredible. Hard not to eat here every day.

I had a great experience here today. It wasn’t that busy and the atmosphere was quiet and clean.
Service was perfect. The front of the house was being run by a young woman, probably in her twenties. I think her name is Tori. She was great. Friendly, took my order correctly, and checked on me throughout the meal. Just very pleasant.
Food was great. I had a Thai tea, beef spring rolls, and lab esan entrée. Tea was really good. Spring rolls were fantastic! The lab esan was a dish I had never had before, but excellent. Fresh, crunchy lettuce and Cucumbers. Very spicy and juicy ground beef dish. I loved it.

Look for Derek C on your receipt, he is a top tier cook, and he makes the best Tom Yum. The place is always empty, it seems like everyone does take out. They do charge a 4% fee for CC payment unfortunately. We do love Hong Thai Albertville though.

We ordered takeout the other day and found a grill wire in our food. I took a photo. We have 3 young children, so this was alarming! Eating a grill wire can be dangerous, even deadly. I don’t normally give negative reviews, however, I called the restaurant about the wire and they said they would call me back. They haven’t called back… And therefore I’m concerned about customer safety, so I’m giving a 1 star review so other customers can be aware of this unfortunate instance.

Excellent food, and service, though they were busy, and there was only one guy working all the tables, (hiring) but he still did a good job. Food is always so good! I had Pad si-ew and my husband had Sesame chicken. So flavorful. Lots of families/single parents there with school age children. Friendly atmosphere, casual, but nice. Large window lets in a lot of light, with beautiful plants I enjoyed sitting by. Conversation at all the tables. In the mall near Coborns. Good, consistent quality of food and service for years. I recommend it!

No Dine in unfortunately.
Pad Thai does not taste authentic like before.
Portions have minimized greatly. Not even filling a single container.
Paid 40 dollars for this with a pineapple chicken fried rice.
It is very sad to see this once great restaurant and one of my very favorites go down in quality.

Absolutely terrible. This place had 4 stars so I stopped in because my husband had the taste for some Chinese. Their meals only come with “jasmine” rice and you can’t buy protein separately so I ordered #36 (sweet and sour chicken) and shrimp fried rice which came to $27. The chicken bites were ok but not enough for the price the fried rice was gummy without any flavor. I should have known they were nasty when I saw what looked like burnt egg rolls they served another customer . Never ever ever again!

We ordered 2 small party trays and was disappointed. The food and portion size was good but it lacked very little protein and 3/4 of the dish was vegetables specifically onion. I’d say the protein that we received for each small party trays was no more than 1 lb. I don’t think we will ever order it from there ever again. We should have known better with knowing the fact that they already lacked protein with a regular entree order in the past.
