The reviews claiming this is the best in West Pines fail to mention it is the only Chinese takeout in West Pines. They USE PORK BASE FOR THEIR SAUCES! The only vegan option according to them was the spring rolls, and they weren’t that great. Customer service was good. The guy at the front was honest and I appreciated that. The prices are okay and It was decent for the other people who aren’t vegans, vegetarians and not kosher. The rest won’t come back.

This is the best Chinese food in west Pines. usually ready within 20 minutes and never disappoints. I saw a review where the person was complaining about the “customer service”… It’s a take out place. They take your order, give you your food and move on to the next person. I could care less if they said “Enjoy your food fatboy, see you soon” because if you live in West Pines, you know that it’s hard to get good take out food anywhere and especially good Chinese take out. Personally, the service is always great with me so I love the place.

The best Chinese food in the Pembroke Pines area. Service is what you typically expect from a Chinese takeout. They are working cooking prepping and packing and on top of that picking up the phones and taking orders. If you’ve ever worked at a restaurant than you know the hustle and bustle. The food is great the portions are great and the price is very reasonable. If your looking for great customer service making take out is not the place for you but if you’re looking for great Chinese food this is the place to go.

This place has delicious Chinese food. Most places have crab rangoon but this place has superb rangoons! They are sweet and crunchy. They have Chinese-American food so lunch is always a great option. In addition they have good prices and they are fast!

What’s really important is not only having great Chinese food but having great customer service experience as well. You won’t find any quality interaction which I believe is with the owner. When entering there is no hello or smile or any type of eye to eye contact with her. She won’t even look at you and is too busy with other things on her mind. The feeling you get: place the order, give me your money, and get the hell out of my store NEXT. I don’t care how good the food is it will make you not want to come back and order again. You can place a larger order and have to beg for mustand, duck sauce, and soy sauce. This woman is just plan miserable, rude, unfriendly and cold. You might think this is how Chinese people act. Not true I have few Chinese friends born in China and Hong Kong and they have a beautiful personality warm and are nice to be around. Dealing with the public and having a store with providing great customer service is very important now than ever after the pandemic. You will not want to come back here and find another place. If I could have given 0 Stars I would.

Good food, slow service. I guess you’re supposed to call ahead. I just walked in and ordered. The waiting area was very uncomfortable and a bell constantly sounded whenever I moved around. The place consists of a bench to sit on and a table to exchange money. There were a few nice decorations, so 2 stars for that.

Food is okay. But the service is disgusting. The people that work there are extremely rude to the point where a woman behind the register, snatched the money out of my hands when I was paying. They are lucky my daughter loves their fried rice. I returned and the front girl, taking the order was very rude, lake of manners. It seems like the people there do not care how their customers are treated. Also, I was told there are live roaches in that restaurant. I will never go there again. I may call the health department.

Certain businesses are part of every neighborhood landscape. Pizzeria, Grocery Store, Hair Salon, Gas Station and of course, a Chinese Restaurant. Our neighborhood Chinese Restaurant, for two decades, is Hong Kong Tokyo! This family run take-out restaurant is a personal favorite of mine and of the residence out here in far western Pembroke Pines. Their food selection is always good, their prices are reasonable and their service is quick. Combine those with the friendly owners (along with their young son) and that makes this the perfect go-to Chinese take-out and delivery service in the area. They will never disappoint and will always have you coming back for more. Thank you!
